NOTES
We require a 50% deposit to firm bookings.
The cottage sleeps six adults and four children under the age of 14. Our bunk beds are too small for adults.
Cancellation policy: If we are able to rebook your week at the same rate, you will get a full refund. If we are able to rebook your week at a lower rate, we will return all but the difference in rates. If we are unable to rebook your week there is no refund.
Our cottage books from Saturday to Saturday in high season, minimum stay in high season full week.

We charge a 175.00 cleaning fee per week, and require a 1000.00 refundable security deposit due one week prior to your check in, refunded within 7 business days (or sooner) after check out.
