Spacious and clean cottage. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining with friends and family. Access to a full kitchen including microwave, stove, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans for all your cooking needs. BBQ is available out on the deck. Flat property perfect for playing outdoor games with plenty of walking trails in the surrounding area. Waterfront property with walk-in beach and dock. Minimal weeds and sandy entry. Perfect swimming conditions especially for children. The cottage faces East, receiving the morning sun. *Rowboat, paddleboat, 1 kayak and canoe available *Lake conditions are ideal for paddle boarding and canoeing *Fire pit available for evening fires (No day time burning between April 1st-October 31st) *2 Bedrooms (2 queens) and pull out couch available for sleeping arrangements. *1 Bath with shower *Satellite TV, DVD player, and parking for 3 cars is available. Renters are required to BRING drinking water, paper towel, toilet paper, food (condiments not included) and own linens (blankets and pillows NOT provided). Upon checkout, renters are required to take their own garbage and recycling. Dumping is not permitted on or within the surrounding area. Please plan ahead accordingly as local transfer stations require property passes for dumping which is not provided to renters. Rents: Cottage is rented Saturday-Saturday during the peak summer months. Check-in is 3 p.m and checks out is 11 a.m. Fall Season: Available for week or weekend rentals. A beautiful time of year to view the changing of the leaves.

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bob's Cottage. The cottage is set up with all the amenities, very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. We were only there for 3 days but would have loved to stay longer. I would recommend it to anyone. I hope to return sometime next year possibly.

| sometimes things in life just are what they are, and this cottage is an amazing getaway. the words 'warm and welcoming' will quickly come to mind. the cottage is very clean and in great repair, the property offers ultimate privacy and serves well for any kind of set up. the lake is small enough and big enough, not to loud not to quiet, great for swimming and decent fishing. the whole experience is humbly as advertised. well worth the money!!

| Our stay at "Bob's Cottage" was great. We loved how newly renovated it was on the inside and how cozy it felt. The waterfront access was beautiful and the cottage had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. I would recommend this cottage for couples or small families. Jennifer was great with making sure we were prepared for our stay and answering any questions we had. 10/10!

| We loved our vacation week at Bob's Cottage! A terrific family spot -- our two young children (and dog) had a terrific time in the water, on the sandy beach, and playing on the spacious green yard. The cottage itself is beautiful, with so many high-end finishings we thought we were in a hotel! Everything was taken care of for us, right down to wood for the evening fire. The cottage is very comfortable and our hosts were very welcoming. Great value for the money.
