| Fabulous - from the location to all the amenities of the cottage
the dock - wonderful - paddle boards, canoe, n a bay with sandy beach (hard to find)

| Our group of 10, which included a mix of adults with young kids and teenagers, spent a wonderful week at this cottage. The cottage is well located in Port Carling and we took full advantage of the water amenities on Lake Muskoka every day.
Kent and Janice were very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our requests.
The main cottage is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. The well-equipped kitchen and herb garden allowed the preparation of wonderful meals. The Great Room had seating for everyone to gather for a movie or just hang out to chat. The kids enjoyed watching movies on the large projection screen, playing ping pong table or pool, or making smores by the fire pit. There were ample bedrooms between the main cottage and bunkie, and everyone had space for some privacy when needed.
Such a great change of pace from the hustle and bustle of city life. What a memorable week!

| This was a truly wonderful cottage vacation. Kent was great at answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. My group was four families with small kids (all under six years old). Everyone had an amazing experience. The cottage was clean, well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. The location in Muskoka was great (close to nearby towns, hiking and grocery stores). The cottage property itself was amazing. I've stayed at several cottages over the years and this was by far the best. Grassy outdoor space, a small beach for the kids, dock space for the adults and a large fire pit. Within the cottage, all the rooms were very cozy. Overall, a great cottage to stay with when you have multiple families.

| Our family of 8 stayed at the cottage and had a fabulous time. Our grand daughters who are 4 and 6 really enjoyed the sandy beach and swimming in the lake. The cottage and bunkie were very well kept and we had lots of room and also space for all of us to have our own space. The hot tub was a real treat both at night time and at other times. The owners were also very easy to deal with. We have no hesitation recommending the cottage for a multi family stay and are planning to stay there again next year.

| This cottage was a perfect choice for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children aged 8, 12, 13 and 16) for our annual cottage week rental in Muskoka. With lots of spots to enjoy together or disappear to for a little quiet or private time, this cottage has all the amenities we were looking for: a beautiful sunny lakefront location with a shady spot by the water's edge to lounge and relax; a small, soft sandy beach with walk-in access to the water and a slip to park our boat rental; a large basement with billiard's table/ping pong table that the kids couldn't get enough of, along with a large projection TV and lots of comfy seating; a screened in Muskoka room with extra large hot tub and adjacent seating for lounging and eating; a beautiful wraparound deck with a large Napoleon grill BBQ and dining table for 6; a separate 2-bedroom Bunkie that has a kitchen, living room and fireplace has been renovated in a very chic style; a fire pit area with 6 Muskoka chairs; fun water toys like stand-up paddle boards and kayaks; and an ideal location with quiet, calm waters and easy access to both Bala (5 minutes) and Port Carling (about 10 minutes). The pictures don't do the cottage justice - the wood detailing and cottage décor throughout is really lovely and the cottage exterior had been recently painted in a nice charcoal gray colour. Kent and Janice were very helpful anytime we had questions. I'd highly recommend this cottage!
