1160 sq ft cabin is newly constructed in the last 7 years. Perfect for ice fishing/hunting season or summer beach goers and sun seekers! The cottage has three bedrooms including a large master with full en-suite with garden doors to a rear deck, plus additional full bath. Open concept living/dining/kitchen with large island (dishwasher) and a huge covered porch in front. Living room features a large TV with 4000 channel streaming device. Mudroom has an outdoor entry to gas BBQ (no running out of propane) and full size washer and dryer.
The fully fenced backyard features a grassed area with fire pit area, Ample parking at rear for boats, snow machines, vehicles or other motorized toys.
Site also boasts a fully equipped 16x22 garage with fish filleting station equipped with double sink, hot and cold running water, garage bathroom and extra room gear storage which is both heated and powered - only included with winter rentals upon request.

Less than 2 minute walk to waterfront pier or beach, direct lake access is close for summer fun/ice fishing and is very close proximity to restaurant, convenience store, playgrounds, golf courses etc.
