A charming and spacious 5 BEDROOM cottage on Eagle Lake, overlooking a sandy beach lined with trees. The property is child friendly - perfect for splashing, wading, and playing in the sand. Great for swimming, breathtaking views, spectacular sunsets, and serene nights under starlit skies. Eagle Lake is known for its fishing, but you may also decide to explore its many beautiful islands and inlets by canoe or kayak, or through an energetic swim. Your perfect getaway for a relaxing and enjoyable time with family and friends.

Starlink Internet provided - perfect for guests who need to work from home. Netflix and Youtube is also provided.

It's a family friendly area, so families and adults 30+ are preferred.

Note: MAXIMUM CAPACITY - 10 PEOPLE

We were an extended family staying at the cottage for a week. The cottage was perfect for our group - completely accessible for both younger children and seniors - and very well equipped with everything we needed. The beach and lake are stunning, with an amazing view of sunsets. Location is excellent - around the corner from a small general store with a playground and Beach, and close to other amenities such as grocery store. The owners were wonderful to deal with - accommodating any requests we had promptly and courteously. We plan to come again!!

This is a beautiful, quiet, relaxing location with a great sandy beach and a very nice lake for boating, water sports and fishing. The cottage is well equipped and has ample room for 10 people to be comfortable. In our case we were 9 adults attending a family wedding on the lake and the owners were gracious enough to let us in earlier to wash up & change after our long drive before attending the wedding. We decided to extend our weekend into a week of vacation with family. Every part of the rental was straight forward and our questions and concerns were taken care of promptly. I would recommend this cottage to everyone.

Our week at the cottage was very relaxing. The cottage is spacious and so well organized and had everything we needed. It was easy access to the lake for our senior visitor and also perfect with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor. The beautiful sunsets and calmness of the lake in the morning gave us excellent photo ops and lovely canoe rides. Hearing the loons at night was glorious. Contact with the owner was excellent with quick response to all our questions even before we got there. I can say that I did not want to leave.

Just spent a week at Golden Sands with my family (group of 10) aged from 1 to 89. We loved everything about it.. The cottage is amazing, so well equipped - inside and out, amazing views and enough room for all of us.. The lake is fabulous, sandy walk out with enough beach for the kids to play.. I would highly recommend this cottage, great for seniors too as minimal stairs.
The owners were extremely helpful with my questions before renting, during booking and after our stay. Absolutely amazing.. too bad the weather wasn't as reliable, but still an enjoyable time.

Would recommend this cottage to anyone. The cottage has a rustic cottage feel and is well maintained. Beach and lake are both amazing. Very quiet and peaceful. Great views all day long. Among sunsets. Great for young kids to play at the beach as the shallow water with sandy bottom is perfect for them. The canoe was in great shape as well as the pedal boat. . The owners were great to deal with and very helpful. My family plans on returning for years to come. Top notch in my books
