From the moment you arrive, you will be blown away by this magnificent new Lake House with spectacular million dollar view of the lake from every living space. There are no neighbours to the left or right of you. You will have all the privacy one could ever want. Lake House features four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, full open concept living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Sit back and enjoy the two elevated view porches and a huge stamped concrete patio directly overlooking the lake and beach fronts. Lake House comes fully equipped with all your cookware, dinnerware, modern appliances including dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave, coffeemaker and keurig.
Our Lake House is located between Port Dover and Dunnville on the shore of Lake Erie. Drive time is less than 1.5 hours from Toronto, 35 minutes from Hamilton and Brantford, and 1.5 hour from Niagara Falls and US border (Peace Bridge). It is a short 25 minute drive to Dunnville where you will find Tim Hortons, 24 hour shopping, McDonalds, A&W, Godfather's Pizza (delivers), Canadian Tire, LCBO, banking and plenty of sites to see in the area. Close to Long Beach Conservation Area, Freedom Oaks 18 hole golf course and Dunnville Golf and Country Club with a 9 hole public course.

Lower level has 1 bedroom with a double bed. Half bathroom.

Anyone renting or staying as a guest must agree to these terms:

Lake conditions are impacted by the weather and are unpredictable.
Restrictions: - No pets, No smoking inside rental units or on wood porches
No Fireworks permitted onsite
No archery or pellet guns permitted onsite
Must be 25 to book a vacation stay at the lake house
Check In time Anytime after 4:00 pm
Checkout Time 11:00 am Sharp
CLEANING - (optional) Guests have the option of cleaning the lake house themselves upon check out. Lake house MUST be in the EXACT same condition that it was in at checked in time. If lake house is NOT cleaned as per the guidelines a MINIMUM FEE of $200 will be charged from the Security Deposit....
OR
...Guests now have the option to have the Departure Cleaning fee ADDED to their rental at an additional rate of $165.00. The Departure Cleaning fee must be booked and paid in full prior to Check In. NOTE: this includes regular cleaning upon check out and does not cover ANY DAMAGE or over the top cleaning requirements (oven walls covered in food, stains on furniture, etc).
