Welcome to this charming four season cottage. For a summer vacation, ice fishing trip, or weekend away, Winter Rose Cottage is your destination on Lake Winnipeg. It is located right across the road from Matlock Beach and the public pier and winter lake access.
In the main house there are 3 bedrooms all with double beds and 1 full bathroom with shower and tub. In the lake view living room there is a sofa bed, bunk bed, and daybed for extra guests.
The double lot has lots of privacy and space. It is treed in on all sides except the full lake view and the driveway has room for plenty of parking.
