A private, sand-entry beach on Three Mile Lake makes Wonder Beach cottage a perfect getaway for families. The shallow water is perfect for swimming, sun bathing, or making sand castles. Two kayaks and one paddleboard are available for a leisurely tour of the lake. If you like relaxing without the heat of the sun, take pleasure with a good book in the covered, screened porch or under the towering pines overlooking the lake. A large firepit with bench seating is located at the waterfront. At night, enjoy the spectacular Muskoka sunset or make use of the three-burner Weber BBQ with an extra side burner and searing section ? perfect for preparing a big family meal. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area that can comfortably seat 8 people. The airy living room has a 14-foot, wood-beam ceiling with plenty of seating, a cozy fireplace, and a 55 inch television with satellite. This floor also features a full bathroom and a walkout to the ground level screened-in porch. A games area, including pool, ping pong, foosball & air hockey tables, for evening enjoyment. A treadmill is available for use in the games room for anyone interested in a quick workout. There is plenty of comfortable sleeping for up to 8 people. The expansive master suite with a generous office space and windows overlooking the beautiful lake is tucked away in a private corner of the cottage. A luxurious 3-piece bathroom is located just off the master bedroom. The main floor guest room has two twin beds, and the third and fourth bedrooms each contain a queen bed and are located upstairs. Need to grab some extra drinks of other supplies? The General Store with an LCBO and gas station is only 2 kms away. If you would like to enjoy restaurants, shops or a movie theatre experience, Bracebridge and Huntsville are both within a 15-minute drive. There are also many hiking trails located within a 20-minute drive for any outdoor enthusiasts.

| We had a wonderful week at this beautiful lakefront cottage on 3 Mile Lake. The cottage was spacious, clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. From the kitchen supplies to the outdoor amenities, it was clear that the owners had thoughtfully considered their guests' needs. The huge sandy beach area and shallow water was fantastic, especially if you have small children. The only drawback is that there is no dock to jump off of to go for a swim. We rented a jetski so were able to go into the middle of the lake to swim. Afternoon and evening sun and beautiful views. We especially appreciated the peaceful setting while still being conveniently located near Huntsville and Bracebridge. For quick needs there is a gas station and store a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The cottage itself was cozy, and well-maintained. It felt like a home away from home. The bunkie was perfect for the 3 teenage boys to stay and have their own space. Whether relaxing on the beach, enjoying meals together, or spending time on the water, we made some wonderful family memories here.

| Great spot. Beautiful cottage. Only issue as we are fishing with boats is no docks. I understand the cost of a dock for this cottage is hard. We are still thinking of renting again. Colin and Lindsay have been great.

| Fantastic location. The cottage was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is lots of space and a great games room. There are comfy places to sit inside and out. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. Sunset on the beach was amazing. We also really enjoyed that the location is a great spot to explore Muskoka from. It's an easy drive to Bracebridge, Huntsville and Windermere. We had a great stay!

| We just returned from a wonderful week at Wonder Beach Cottage. We arrived, and found a spotless rental property and all the amenities that anyone could want. The kitchen had everything that we needed, the sleeping accommodation were comfortable and well spaced out. An excellent Weber BBQ, with a new tank placed beside it for us. For our needs, 3 young Grandsons 5-4-and 2 the beach and shallow entry in to the lake was perfect. A wonderful firepit set up with lots of available firewood and an outdoor shed filled with chairs and outdoor activities and a paddleboard and 2 kayaks. Lastly, a very good experience booking and dealing with the owners.
