Please note our minimum rental period is 1 week and we do not allow weekend rentals between May 20 through September 6. Our cottage has been in the family for over 20 years. It has created many family memories which are still discussed today. Our 3 acre property boasts spectacular south west views of Georgian Bay and Midland in the distance. The cottage has a private beach and launch ramp. The cottage presents itself with wraparound patterned concrete decks and provides both privacy and the ability to entertain with style and comfort. It's uber private setting is unique to itself. The paved circular driveway provides ample parking for trailers and cars. It's a close distance to both Honey Harbor and Port Severn in case something has been forgotten. Golf is close as is a spa for pampering. It's a short one and a half hour drive from Toronto and as easy to find as the nearest Tim Hortons. Relax in style and comfort overlooking Georgain Bay in this unique open concept 4 bedroom 3 bath cottage. Private beach and dock area make for outdoor fun. Close to Honey Harbour and Port Severn and only 1.5 hrs from Toronto. The property has a private sand beach with swimming. It has its own boat launch and 25 foot dock for guests to use for their own boats. The cottage is on septic tank and has been recently renovated throughout. With three showers and one jacuzzi tub for comfort. There are 4 bedrooms in the main cottage with two residing in the lower floor. A games room with 6x12 snooker table provide rainy day fun.
The guest cabin /KIDS Escape is available for rental at $1000/week. Guest cabin has a 2pc washroom amd Satellite TV. The KIDS Escape Cabin(Guest Cabin) has 1 bunk bed ideal for early teenagers or for the nite hawks.
Pets are welcomed within the property during the rental period however this MUST be discussed and approved prior to the visit.

| Our family of five had a great stay at Phil's cottage. It is stocked with everything you need. We didn't have a boat, but next time will definitely consider. The kayaks and paddleboard were a hit with the kids as lots of places to see on the water close by, including the marsh with so much wildlife. The cottage has a very private feel with so much space and distance to the neighbours. Lots of towns nearby to visit. Would definitely consider in the future. Could easily accomadate 10 people comfortably.

| An absolutely perfect getaway on Georgian Bay. The cottage is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding are exceptional.The view is stunning. The water is warm and swimming is safe. You do need to wear water shoes though. The property is far enough from the neighbours that there is lots of privacy. The boating traffic by the cottage is minimal. The owner is very easy to reach and helpful throughout the process. We have no reservations about recommending this property!

| We rented this cottage for 6 adults for a weekend out of the city. An easy drive, less than 2 hours from downtown, we were all very pleased as we drove up to the beautiful and very private cottage on Moore Point. The cottage itself is very big, with 4.5 huge bedrooms, offering lots of privacy and space for everyone. The living areas are also very spacious and comfortable, and well stocked with almost anything you could possibly need. The outdoor space is also very large and split between the beach area, a large patio and the dock on the water. We do recommend you bring water shoes if you want to walk into the beach area or stand near the dock, but we had no problems swimming around comfortably. The places to hang out and relax or soak up the sun are plentiful on such a large property, the neighbours were quiet, and our visit was very enjoyable. We didn't even have time to take advantage of the big rec room with snooker table in the cottage as we were too busy enjoying the outdoor spaces. Phil was easy to communicate with and left us with all of the instructions that we needed to feel right at home. We will definitely be back next summer.

| Our family had a terrific time at this cottage. We enjoyed our morning coffee over looking the beautiful lake (amazing view - best we've had), and our children enjoyed fishing for hours off the dock. Everything went well during our stay. No surprises or issues at all. And even though the owner was out of the country at the time, he always promptly answered our emails and provided us with another contact in case of emergency. It was just perfect. Will definitely rent again!
