| We were a group of 4 adults. We booked only 4 days ahead of arrival (due to a sudden cancellation at another cottage), but we really think we lucked out because this cottage is amazing.
It's so clean, everything we needed either carefully provided or noted that we had to bring our own. The owners also went above and beyond to assist us when needed and make sure we had a good time.
Saw lots of critters, everyone on the lake was friendly. Lake is great for fishing or just taking the paddle board or canoe out. Lots of areas to explore. And we were close to ice cream!
Just a really amazing spot.

| We had the most wonderful stay at this cottage and can't say enough good things about it. The space is incredibly comfortable — everything you need is there and it all feels thoughtfully put together. The cottage was spotlessly clean from top to bottom, which made settling in so easy.
The location is absolutely beautiful, and we found ourselves just sitting and taking it all in throughout our stay. The two-sided fireplace is genuinely special — we enjoyed it from both sides, and it added such a warm, cozy atmosphere that made the whole experience feel extra memorable.
What really sets this cottage apart are the hosts. They are so considerate and conscientious — every little detail had been thought of, and we felt completely taken care of without feeling like anyone was hovering. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend this cottage without hesitation.

| What a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing holiday we four senior women have shared at Royal Oaks cottage, a part of Legacy Lane cottages.
Patti and Kevin were warm and welcoming and any issue we had (minor ones) were taken care of immediately!
The view is amazing, the cottage and grounds well maintained and the swimming was great! Each cottage has its own dock and swimming area and privacy.
We highly recommend Royal Oaks cottage as a super place to enjoy a lakefront holiday.

| Our family had a wonderful May long weekend at Royal Oaks cottage. From the moment we booked, Patti made everything easy and inviting. The property itself is beautifully designed and absolutely gorgeous, and the view from the dock is truly breathtaking.
The cottage has a great layout, with stunning views from the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. Each side of the cottage features two bedrooms and a bathroom, which worked perfectly for our family.
We loved morning coffee and fishing from the large dock, evening campfires, and quiet rides on the paddleboat.
Our only regret is not staying longer! We'll be back!
