| We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The property and facilities were as described, and it's well set up for a family holiday.
One thing to note for future renters: while the listing places the cottage on Bob's Lake, it's actually located on an inlet adjacent to the lake, leading from Mill Bay. This is an important distinction, as Bob's Lake is known for being deep, swimmable, and popular for boating, whereas the inlet is shallow, weedy, and not suitable for swimming.
I had pictured the kids jumping off the dock into the water, but that just wasn't possible here. In fairness, the listing does not specifically mention swimming, so the assumption was mine—based on Bob's Lake's reputation. Alas, this cottage is not on Bob's Lake. I think it's useful for others to be aware: if swimming is an important part of your cottage experience, this may not be the best choice.

| We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Bob's Lake cottage! The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind right away.
One of our favorite parts was spending evenings around the fire pit and mornings enjoying coffee by the water. The outdoor space is fantastic, and the separate guest cabin adds such a nice touch for extra privacy and comfort. The lakefront setting is quiet and scenic, perfect for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, or simply enjoying nature.
Gabriel was an excellent host throughout the entire experience. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful from start to finish, which made the whole trip stress-free.
The location is also great, close enough to nearby towns for essentials while still feeling private and secluded. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy Ontario cottage escape with family or friends!

| We had such an amazing experience at Bob's lake cottage. The cottage had everything we needed and more. It was truly a full cottage experience, with a beautiful environment, a cosy interior, a warm lake, and plenty of wood for a campfire! It's only a 20-minute drive from Westport, a small town with friendly people and nice local stores. We couldn't be happier with this lovely experience. Gabriel has great energy. He was very kind and quick to respond to our questions. Such a wonderful cottage, I will definitely book again!
