Spacious, modern, very clean year-round cottage with cathedral ceilings overlooking Marble Lake near Cloyne, Ontario. This 3-bedroom fully furnished cottage comes with the following features for your enjoyment: - indoor wood stove, outdoor fire pit - eat-in kitchen with lots of counter space, appliances, fully stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. - dining: a nice wood dining room table and chairs that seat 6 comfortably, plus 3 more seats at the kitchen island. - full washroom with one-piece bath/ shower with shower door

Additional Information:
- Marble Lake Road runs along the shoreline in front of the cottage.
- The shoreline is approx 75 feet in front of the cottage offering direct access to the lake, boat launch, sandy beach, and beautiful views. Great fishing in Marble Lake.
- The beach is rather shallow so good for kids and swimming.
- The cottage is next to a family-oriented campground called Twin Cedars, and Marble Lake Lodge (store & restaurant) is just down the road.
- The water is drinkable but has iron in it, so a water cooler with filled jugs are provided.
- Bring your own sheets and towels. Warm blankets and pillows provided. Pillows have waterproof covers on them.

Air conditioner only covers one room - the bedroom with the double bed. Electric baseboard heaters can keep this cottage toasty warm all year round. Ample cookware, dishes, cutlery in kitchen. | This being our 4th time staying at the Marble Lake cottage, there is no need for me to repeat the wonderful comments I made about our stay here in my last review except to say that we were happy to be back and to see the beautiful lake just across the road. As a retired couple, we looked forward to the peace and quiet of this vacation. Since it was a bit cool this week, we enjoyed walking along the lake and sitting in the sun, listening to the birds and rustling of the leaves. Inside, we did a puzzle, played crib and yahtzee, read a book, ate hearty meals and watched the Stanley Cup playoffs. As we sadly left to go home, we vowed to return, maybe in the fall. But for sure this is my "go to place" when we need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, especially since it's only a 2-hour drive from Ottawa. Thank you, Robert, and your team once again for your hospitality.

| Our family had a wonderful stay at Marble Lake Cottage! The cottage itself is larger than we had expected and had all amenities one would expect, including an electronic keyboard and games which our children really enjoyed. The property is large and private with a nice fire pit that we used each evening. We all loved the private beach with its beautiful sand and clear water. We took the canoe out a number of times and caught (and released) a few fish which was a bonus! Bring water shoes and water toys and I guarantee you'll have an awesome time. Finally, we took a few trips to the corner store/restaurant for great pizza, lunch and ice cream! What a lovely time overall. Thanks so much to our hosts for their helpful information and quick responses.

| We had an amazing stay here and will definitely be looking to come back in the future. The view of the sunrise made the trip extra special. | Our stay at the Marble Lake Cottage was as enjoyable this year as it was last year. The cottage itself is surrounded on three sides with trees providing a cozy feeling with privacy. We enjoyed swimming in our private beach and canoeing in the lake just across the road. Since the water is not deep, it's great for kids. We also visited Bon Echo Park where we enjoyed a picnic and more swimming. And since vacation time is not a time for diets, we dove into fish and chips at the corner store and ice cream cones. Thank you Robert, David & Michelle for your hospitlity.

| Very nice cottage! Thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit. Nice big windows allows to see nice scenery. Water is just across the cottage. Highly recommended.
