Our lakefront cottage is a beautiful getaway from the city. Wake up to enjoy an alluring sunrise and take a relaxing canoe ride around the lake. Enjoy your catch of the day as our cottage is a great fishing spot with a variety of species. For your convenience grocery shops in Bobcaygeon is just 15 minutes away. There is a delightful marina waiting for you just steps away from the cottage.
Our cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with double bed. There is a genuine leather reclining sofa and an 70 inch smart TV youtube, Netflix etc absolutely perfect for a lazy day in. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans as well as cutlery and dishes.
Please note: Our cottage is not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for this inconvenience.
As we prefer to rent to families, we do not rent the cottage to teenagers.

FULL PAYMENT (Rent plus refundable Damage Deposit of the amount $250 ) IS DUE 15 DAYS PRIOR OCCUPANCY.
RESERVATIONS ARE CONFIRMED UPON DEPOSIT RECEIVED & FUNDS CLEARED ON A FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVE BASIS.
No pets allowed.
No smoking in the cottage. Smoking will result in forfeit of your security deposit.
No visitors, only registered guests are permitted to be on the premises with a maximum of 6 guests.
Please avoid flushing anything large (e.g as feminine products) down the toilet as we are on a septic system.
Children should be supervised by an adult when near the water.
We ask that before 8:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. guests are considerate of neighbours and other guests and keep the noise levels low.
Fires must be fully extinguished.
The use of the boats are at the guest's sole risk. Transport Canada requires that every paddlecraft is required to have "one Canadian-approved personal flotation device or lifejacket of appropriate size for each person on board." Guest acknowledges and agrees that the use of the pedal boat (and related equipment and accessories) may be dangerous and may result in injury or death.
Please leave the property in the same way you found it. Cleaning charges may be applied if cottage is not left in the condition that it was provided to you.
