| Our family of 5 stayed at this cottage during the May long weekend and absolutely loved it! I will start by saying that the lake is gorgeous! The water was crystal clear, the dock was nice and big and the four Muskoka chairs on the dock were a nice touch!! For anyone with young children, the water by the shore is sandy, virtually weed free and would make for a nice place for splashing around if they don't want to jump off the dock. There is a floating dock as well! We have been renting cottages for over 10 years now all over Ontario and Quebec and I can honestly say this cottage had one of the nicest lakes we have seen. The wraparound deck was great, it had a nice big table plus a hot tub and outdoor shower. It had a great fire pit overlooking the lake with Muskoka chairs provided. (Lots of places to buy firewood nearby.) The neighbouring cottages cannot be seen from the deck; only from the dock. The beds were very comfortable, two of the three bedrooms had fans, nice views of the water! The kitchen had everything we needed, plus a couple of empty cupboards to keep our food. The living room had very comfortable couches and more than enough seating for our crew! Lots of board games were provided and the dining room table was very large and had a great view of the lake. It was only a few minutes to drive into Bancroft which has every store you would need. Overall, this cottage was close to perfect for what we needed and I would highly recommend it!!

| We loved this place! We are a family of 10 and rent a few times a year all over Ontario. We will def come back here.
Location: Very quiet lake and ACTUALLY CLEAR WATER. I've never seen a lake so clear, we swam the whole time. There was a floating foam swim pad which was the BEST part of the trip. We were there in the middle of August and there weren't very many people around. Not close to any busy roads. We spent a lot time fishing and had some pretty good luck. Kayaks, canoe, metal boat are basic/decent shape. If you really like to canoe, I would bring your own though.
Cottage: Decent amount of space in the rooms/liviand really nice fire pit. Kitchen was good too. You will find everything you need here- all cooking utensils, pans, plates, cups and pots are in good condition.
Owners: Super nice people. I had a ton of questions and they were always quick to respond. Very accommodating.

| My gf, her sister and husband stayed here from sept 23-25 and enjoyed every minute of it. Plenty of privacy, a very quiet lake with little boat traffic, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, the provided sheets were of great quality. Being 10 minutes from Bancroft was also handy. The absolute best moments was sitting by the great firepit and hearing the loons in the distance. What also was great was the driveway had to two entrances so when pulling in and out this made it easier. A tip for future renters, bring your own firewood. The Esso closest to the cottage will tell you their wood is dry and burns great. It does not. It took so much kindling to keep the wet hissing wood burning. To end this review on a high note for a great cottage is the owner Kristen was a joy to deal with. She answered all our inquiries quickly and was very friendly. I highly recommend renting this cottage.

| My girlfriend and I were blown away when we arrived to this cottage it is extremely quiet and peaceful! The cottage was extremely clean. There is literally everything you need in this cottage we brought extra stuff just in case but that wasn't needed they provide everything you could possibly need.we had a amazing time there and definitely will have to stay at this cottage again a lot of fun!

| This review is long overdue as we have been coming every summer for 2-3 years now .... Maybe we just want to keep this place to ourselves ;) but the waterfront is stunning and fantastic for swimming, the dock is huge for lounging and the deck is fab for sunset dinners. Great sleeps in the beds with the lake breeze and always clean :) great and responsive hosts. A gem.
