Note: We are located on the Chaleur Bay (direct beach access) and the horizon awaits on one side (perfect for sailing and power boating) and the calm lagoon (perfect for kayaking) awaits on the other side. You won't find a better opportunity for family fun photos than here. Beresford Beach is just minutes north of Bathurst which houses one of the premiere golf courses in NB (Gowan Brae) and a picturesque marina (live entertainment!) off of Youghall Beach.

| We enjoyed our stay in this big comfortable, waterfront beach chalet. The sunroom with multiple windows has breathtaking views of the beach. The look-out tower has a 360 view of the water on both sides. This cottage is super well stocked and equipped. We had a great time to relax and recharge our battery. Thank you

| We stayed at this beautifully located cottage right on the beach for a month! This place was like home and is a treasure located on Bay of Chaleur! Coming from Ontario, we could have not had a better place to relax and isolate for 2 weeks before seeing our children 10 minutes away. We had every thing we needed there and more including great weather! Would consider going back soon!

| Wow! Paradise on the beach. This cottage is a gateway to lifetime memories. The cottage is literally steps away from the beautiful Bay of Chaleur.
Beach is mostly sandy, with awesome and lengthy sandbars appearing during low tide. As added bonus, water is very warm around sandbars, which makes for perfect walking conditions.
Cottage has everything one needs... everything! Comfortable bedding. Plentiful seating options (recliners, couches, rocking chairs...etc).
Then there is the sunroom. Wall to wall windows with the Atlantic ocean as your view. During high tide, you feel like you could reach out of the window and touch the water. Amazing view, even on a rainy day.
I could go on and on. Fans in most rooms, an abundance of quality cutlery, utensils, pots pans etc.
Praying we can visit paradise again.

| This cottage was everything we could have asked for as a temporary home! The cottage is clean, beautiful, has lots of space, and all the amenities you would need for an awesome vacation. There's a beautiful sitting room at the front of the cottage overlooking the ocean and, if you're a morning person, is a great spot to watch a gorgeous sunrise every single morning. It is a prime location on Beresford beach and within close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much and will be recommending to all our friends and family.
