| Before booking our family vacation back in August of 2023, the most important feature I was looking for was 'water'. Then I spotted this gem in Grand-Barachois NB. Not only was this entire house rental situated about 100 yards from a sandy beach and marina, but also had its own enclosed inground pool and connected poolhouse. The home itself was immaculate and complete with all the modern amenities, enough rooms to easily sleep 11 of us, and recreational activities such as a large pool table and even a table-tennis foldout. We wanted for nothing as the saying goes. Personally, one of my favorite parts of our week-long stay was engaging with owners Debbie and Bermond. You couldn't ask for a more gracious, friendly and helpful couple. Even their dog Mr. Biggs seemed eager to please. Debbie and Bermond answered any and all of our mainly 'seafood' questions, and I even learned a secret or two about finding the right lobster and how to "properly" cook it. Thanks for everything from every one of us and hope to see you again.

| What a fantastic week in a clean, comfortable home! Lots of space for privacy and the pool house was a family favourite for hanging out and playing games. Little details like providing plenty of fluffy towels, paper towels, and kleenex plus very clean kitchen and laundry room made a great vacation even better! The pool was a great way to beat the heat and the hosts were happy to answer any questions and provide good tips on where to get lobster. Thoroughly enjoyed the week and will hope to return soon! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

| We were six adults and three almost teenagers and this place was perfect for a family vacation. I have rented a number of cottages in different places over the years and I have to say this place is absolutely the best! The everyday supplies and extra amenities such as outdoor games, the heated pool and just the amount of space indoor and outdoor are amazing. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. We travelled from Ontario and the fact the bed linens and all the indoor towels were supplied was definitely a bonus. Absolutely loved it and highly recommend this cottage for a family holiday.

| We had an amazing week, and would love to do it all over again. The owners are very accommodating. They even helped us obtain and cook 56 pounds of Lobster!! Pool was nice and relaxing. The pool house is a huge plus. Lots of space inside and out. Nice fire pit for relaxing evenings. We had 5 adults/3 children and all slept comfortably. No complaints other than the week flew by, but time flies when you're having fun! :)

| This was a great home for a summer family get together. The house is very comfortable with everything that you'd need, including lots of space. The heated pool was such a wonderful extra and an awesome place to gather. Location is perfect as well - close enough to PEI, Nova Scotia and loads of beaches for day trips. Grandkids and adults alike had an incredible time - lots of fun and great memories to go home with.
