NOTES
Cottage is rented PER DAY (not per night) from 10:00 a.m. check-in until 3:00p.m. checkout
Regular Rates: $375 PER DAY (not per night)
Summer Rates: $3800 PER WEEK (Saturday to Saturday)
Long weekends are 4 days minimum thru all seasons
To Book:
All payments are done thru Email Transfer to fishlakecottagerental@gmail.com
Option One: full payment plus $250 cleaning fee plus $1000 safety deposit
Option Two: half of rental payment plus $250 cleaning fee plus $1000 safety deposit at the time of booking and the 2nd payment (remainder) no later than one week prior to the rental date. Cottage must be left clean; taking all garbage and recycling with you.
There is a $250 cleaning fee that is charged with every rental.
In order to receive your safety deposit back, a thorough inspection of the property (theft, damage and housekeeping) will be done within 72 hours after your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Even if the legal document and cottage rules are sent to you, the cottage will not be booked UNTIL payment plus safety deposit is given to owner via E-Transfer!!!
