Located in a quiet family neighbourhood, our Beach House is an all season 600 Sq ft tiny home on a waterfront lot that borders Wasaga Beach & Tiny Beaches. Built brand new in 2025! Kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, electric kettle, dishes & cutlery. Bathroom is spacious with a large shower and washer/ dryer. Air conditoning & electric heat. TV & free wifi.
Flagstone exterior deck with a picnic table, chairs, gas barbeque, and fire bowl. Basketball court and beach volleyball court available.
