Family oriented getaway in beautiful beach on Georgian bay. Located in a quiet, peaceful setting with crystal clear water beaches only 100 meters away. Shallow water entrance, kids friendly. Beautiful sunsets, sand dunes, no crowds as there is little to none public parking in the area. Two kayaks and life jackets are provided. The cottage is located on a huge private lot with a fire pit, surrounded by mature trees complete with blue jays and bright red cardinals. One bedroom has a double bed, another bedroom has twin size bunk bed. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Ceiling fan in the living room. Extra standing fan and a heater also provided. The cottage is newly renovated, including new look, new flooring throughout, a brand new 3-pieces bathroom with new shower stall. Most furniture is brand new including all beds, sofa bed, kitchen table/ chairs. New mattresses on all beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare food for your family: oven, stove top, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer, utensils.
The cottage has a big roofed patio, new patio furniture, lawn furniture and new gas BBQ. The patio and lot provide ample space for relaxation in a totally private setting.
Free WI-FI is included. Flat screen 43'' TV and AppleTV is included, bring your own Netflix account!
Owners have made everything to make your stay comfortable! Free unlimited WI FI, books to read, movies to watch, games, BBQ, propane, and much much more! Just take your food, linens, towels, and enjoy your stay right on the beautiful Georgian Bay.

| We spent a wonderful week at the cottage. It is in a quiet area, just steps away from a lovely sandy beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay?from sleeping in comfortable beds to enjoying lazy breakfasts on the porch, and from swimming in the warm, clean water to admiring fabulous sunsets. Our 7-year-old daughter ran barefoot on the lawn and watched the birds. This place is ideal for families, as it is close to Discovery Harbour, Sainte-Marie among the Hurons, and Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre. We are very glad that we found this cottage, and we will definitely be returning next year. We had everything we could dream of and even more (e.g., we didn't get around to using the kayaks or bicycles this year, but we definitely will next time!).

| Enjoyed our stay at Yaro and Marina's cottage. Super responsive and friendly hosts. Cozy and very clean. Close access to nice quiet beach and other beach options. Good vacation value for young family or couple. Big yard with BBQ, tables and fire pit.

| Our family of 3 had a great time at this cottage, where we spent 3 nights. It was clean as a whistle & very well equipped inside & out, and kayaks and bicycles are supplied by the owner as well. It is a private location on a huge lot, with plenty of sitting areas & play areas and is located just a 2 minute walk to a couple of different sandy beaches. The owner is a very friendly guy, who welcomed us & made sure we had everything we needed & was happy to give us all the information on the area, beaches, facilities, etc. We would absolutely stay there again, a very enjoyable time.

| Had a wonderful extended Thanksgiving getaway with my family of four. This newly renovated cottage has it all! Location <5min walk to the beach, cozy atmosphere, comfy beds, modern appliances (no dishwasher) incl. a good-size fridge, the privacy of a huge backyard enclosed by mature trees, plus 144 Mbps WiFi and AppleTV (bring your own Netflix) for the screen junkies. Best of all, Yaro is kind enough to let renters use his two single kayaks and adult life jackets! Oh and bring your expensive bikes - you can lock them up in the shed. We will definitely be back next year!

| Lovely cottage, owners very helpful and friendly. Cottage was very close to multiple beaches, and one that was amazing for sunsets. Cottage was clean and comfortable. Lots of green space for kids to run around and a great big fire pit.
