It's very peaceful and quiet there on the lovely lake. The cottage is very well equipped and organized. The owners of the cottage are very friendly and are fantastic hosts! We would highly recommend this cottage rental to others!

| Loon Lookout was absolute paradise! Bev and Norm take pride in their rental properties and pay attention to detail. Bev met us upon arrival to show us around and let us know that she s only a stones throw away, should we need anything. The cottage was very clean and well appointed. The waterfront was beautiful and we had perfect weather for our week there! Thank you so much for making our week a special one...we cannot wait to come back next year. The Doppler's

| We have rented many cottages in the Parry Sound, Muskoka and Kawarthas areas, and this is definitely one of the nicest that we have stayed in. Bev and Norm have obviously put in a lot of time to make Loon Lookout a charming retreat, with many amenities that we appreciate (1 1/2 baths, dishwasher, washer & dryer, kayaks & canoe, new fridge, etc.). We spent many hours on the deck overlooking Lake Cecebe, reading, watching the sunrise, enjoying the view, and many hours in the lake swimming, kayaking, boating, tubing, and fishing. Thank you, Bev and Norm, for helping us to have a relaxing week.

| My wife & I (and dog) drove from Ohio,USA with our 14Ft Boat & Mtr the week after larbor day. We have stayed in many cabins over the last few years, but far, this was the nicest. The owners worked very hard to think of having everything you would need and most everything had just recently been remodeled. There was enough fire wood where we had fires nearly every night with wood left over in a large provided fire pit . We also spent a few hours on the horse shoe pit. The cottage, large property and large dock/deck(s) were mostly secluded. We able to catch fish immediately from the dock as soon as we arrived. We had boat exploration trip of the entire lake to Magnetawan (Locks, store & restaurant) and back to the mouth of Lake Cecebe (sometimes hitting depths of over 60ft). The fishing on the lake was good. Small mouth, walleye, perch and some nice fights with catfish. It was about an hour drive to reach Algonquin Provincial Park. Had a great time and spent the whole day there. Many back roads to drive and explore and watch for wild life. The weather was great and the vacation was great.
