New (2017) summer residence sits on a 1.5 acre oceanfront lot offering uncompromised views of the Northumberland Strait, Confederation Bridge and Cape Egmont Lighthouse. The historical Mont Carmel Church is within walking distance. The property offers a calm, quiet and private setting, yet it is less than 300 metres from the main road and 15 minutes away from Summerside, the second largest city on PEI. Our well appointed south facing oceanfront cottage offers wonderful daily sunrises and sunsets. On Sunday evenings, guests can walk to the parish hall for an enjoyable cultural evening filled with Acadian music and step dancing. The cottage offers spacious and bright living quarters with clear ocean views. The master bedroom has a powder room for added privacy. The covered screened-in porch will help guests take full advantage of the outdoors : rain or shine. A fire pit and outdoor chairs are present on the grounds for guests to enjoy nightly campfires. Adjacent to our property is an unsupervised private beach offering safe and warm bathing during low tide. Union Corner Provincial Park (beach) is a 2 minute drive. Cavendish is a 45 minute drive and Charlottetown is 65 minutes away. We supply quality linens and bedding, new Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, stainless steel cookware, dishes, cutlery, an outdoor BBQ and a picnic table. We kindly ask that guests bring their own beach towels. A no smoking policy is enforced. Harmonised sales tax (HST) is not applicable, therefore there are no additional fees. | Beautiful cottage with fantastic views of the ocean. We were 4 seniors so there was really no water access. You have to climb down a cliff but there is a beach down the road. Missing a few things like a lamp in the living room as there was just a light in the ceiling. No place in the bathroom to put your clothes when you're taking a shower. It could use a few plastic storage containers to store leftovers when you cook. Other then that we enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it to our friends. The owner is very friendly and quick to get back to you.

| Peaceful, private with panoramic ocean view. Beautiful breezes. Our family enjoyed the BBQ and the fully supplied kitchen. It is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. We would be happy to return to visit again.

| We LOVED our stay! The location is amazing and everything is exactly like the pictures! It was also super clean and quiet. So many windows to enjoy the view! Kitchen is well equipped with quality pots & pans and good knives as well. The beds were comfortable too.
At the end of the grassy area you have a view of the magnificent red cliffs, it was just breathtaking!
Thank you Pascal for renting out such a jem of a place! If we come back to the island we know where to go!

| No complaints. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful,quiet get away. The cottage really looks like the pictures. It's clean, roomy and the house keeper is very accommodating. Lots to see and people are so friendly. I'm hoping to go back again, I will be telling my family and friends about this gem. The owner is truly easy to talk to and also very accommodating. I really didn't want to leave. You have to go!
