kawartha Trails are less then a 2 MINUTE ride from the cottage. Then sit back and enjoy that indoor fire when you get back.

This all year round cottage is perfect for a large family. It consists of a main cottage with 3 bedrooms and in the guest building above the garage it has 1 bedroom with 2 double beds in it, livingroom and bathroom.
The guesthouse above the garage consists of one large bedroom equipped with 2 double beds , livingroom, a 4 piece bathroom and a small kitchenette equipped to make your morning coffee.
The atv/
snowmobile trails are less then 2 minutes away from the cottage!!!! 7 Lake chain is excellent for seadoos and it has great fishing. Fish for bass, trout, etc
***Guesthouse is available only for the months of April 1 to Oct 31st or as weather permits. The guest quarters is on the second floor of the building to the left of the picture. Main cottage is the building to the right of the picture. Summer pricing includes both buildings.
Enjoy the large gazebo with a beautiful view of the water to escape from the sun. There is a fire pit and beautifully landscaped grounds with a small pond that houses many frogs. There are 2 rock stairways, one to the clear water and sandy area and another to the dock. Excellent for swimming. Some wood is provided for the indoor fireplace in the winter and outdoor fire pit in the summer.
The waterfront has a very long dock for docking your boat or just relaxing. The marina to launch your boat is about 5 minutes away! If you don't have a boat the marina has rentals. You can not view the marina from the cottage as it sits in a cove but is very close. They sell some groceries such as milk, juices , essentials, alcohol and they also are equipped with kawartha Dairy ice cream. Nice to paddle over in the paddle boat for an ice cream. It is called Catchacoma marina and is off the highway 507.
All the conveniences are there for you. Netflix, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, and cutlery. JUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS, freshly washed bedding supplied.
***All renters will receive a garbage disposal kit provided by the municipality. This gives renters all the necessary bags to put their garbage in and a one time pass for the dump. Dump is about a 5 minute drive on the main road to the cottage (507). ***
All renters are to take their garbage and recycling when checking out.***

No visitors, only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
Children should be supervised when near the water and life jackets are to be used when in a water craft. Transport Canada requires that every paddle craft is required to have "one Canadian approved personal floating device or life jacket of appropriate size for each person on board"
Guests acknowledge and agree that the use of a peddle/paddle boat may be dangerous and may result in injury or death.
The peddle boat is at the guest's sole risk.
Fires must be extinguished. If there is a fire ban then no fire is to be started.
Please leave the property in the same way you found it. If excess clean up is needed then a $75 charge will be deducted off the security deposit.
