Set on a quiet peninsula with just 11 cottages, our Lake House at 87 Sugarbush Trail offers five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a detached games room. Enjoy a peaceful waterfront setting approximately five minutes by car from Fenelon Falls, along a private road maintained and ploughed for year-round access. There's space to gather for meals, room to unwind and plenty to keep everyone entertained throughout your stay. WATERFRONT LIVING Enjoy approximately 100 feet of waterfront, a sandy wade-in area and a spacious dock for morning coffee, lounging, fishing and enjoying the lake views. The sandy entry offers an alternative to the deeper water off the dock. Spend your days paddling, floating and exploring Cameron Lake with: • Two-person canoe • Three-person canoe • Adult kayaks • Children's kayak • Pedal boat with a Bimini sun canopy • Stand-up paddleboard • Lily pad floating lake mat • Life jackets—please confirm available sizes and bring suitable sizes for your group if needed Enjoy the rope swing over the lake, then unwind in the hammocks or on the lakeside deck swing. • Rental rates cover up to 10 guests. Additional guests require written approval, subject to permitted occupancy. Applicable charges are confirmed before booking.
• The person renting the cottage must be at least 25 years old. A completed rental application and signed rental agreement are required.
• Prime summer rentals are Friday to Friday. See the rate calendar for applicable dates and minimum stays during other seasons.
• Dogs require advance approval and cost $100 per approved dog. Cats are not permitted due to family allergies.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cottage or games room. Outdoor smoking is permitted; dispose of cigarette butts safely.
• Parties are not permitted. Please respect our neighbours and municipal noise restrictions.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Checkout: 11:00 a.m.
• Guests must remove all garbage, recycling and liquor bottles at departure, put away clean dishes and leave the dishwasher empty.

| Angie and Julius are great hosts. Their cottage is super clean, beautiful and huge! We couldn't get enough of that beautiful lake view. It is very peaceful and quite, lots of game/activity options and hiking trails nearby. All and all it was a great experience and I am so glad we discovered this gem. Will be back soon for sure.
