The Gingerbread Cottage is located on beautiful Bay Lake near Bancroft Ontario. The crystal clear water with a sandy lake bottom is excellent for swimming.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This 2,000 sq ft cottage has room for the whole family! There are 5 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 4 upstairs. There are 2 queens beds, 2 double beds, 1 single and a set of bunks.

There is a newly renovated full bath on the ground floor and a two piece upstairs.

The kitchen is large, with plenty of counter space and has a breakfast bar. The kitchen has plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. As well pots, pans and cooking utensils are available. There is a coffee maker, kettle and a blender for summer cocktails.

There is a large dining room off of the kitchen with plenty of seating. A TV room faces the lake with an excellent view. There is a sitting room with a wood stove where you can relax and talk beside the kitchen.

The cottage has a drilled well, with excellent water quality.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This level site is perfect for playing or relaxing. There is plenty of shady spots through the day or you can hang in the sun on the dock. A large private second floor deck provides a great space to escape.

Bay Lake is crystal clear with excellent water quality. The water entry is shallow, weed free and is perfect for kids and adults alike.

Enjoy some time relaxing on the dock, watching the ducks or loons swim by or you can spend the day fishing from the canoes or peddle boat. Ice fishing is open in the winter.
