Welcome to Sunshine Cottage-By-the-Beach! Amazing location, our Guests love this spot! We are only a 2 minute walk to the Main Beach!! Our family cottage is newly renovated with Central Air conditioning and heating and is located by the Main Beach in the quaint Village of Port Stanley, Ontario. **It's perfect for small families (2 adults with 1 or 2 kids, Grandparent) or mature couples who want to spend time at the beach.** The Main bedroom has a new Queen bed, the second bedroom has a comfortable Double bed and the third bedroom has 2 new twin beds, comfortably sleeping 2 adults with 2 kids or 2 couples. We do have a Smart TV with Google Chromecast included, so that you can stream Live Sports Unlimited, High-Speed WiFi You can Sign-In to your own Netflix, Prime tv, Crave, Amazon, Disney Plus account to watch, just as you would at home. You can also do work from the cottage and log in through your own Laptop computer. The internet log in and password will be given to you when we meet you at Check-In. On-site Parking for 2 vehicles only! Guest's vehicles are to park in the Municipal Parking Lot, at end of street. Free Parking on Lotus Lane after 5pm. The Sunshine Cottage is walking distance to the Antique Train Rides, Mackies, LCBO, Port Stanley Festival Theater, GT's on the Beach Restaurant, The Pierside Pub, The Art Emporium, Solo On Main Restaurant, Two Forks, shopping, 24HR Mac's Convenience/ Manulife ATM, TD ATM, and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #410 and a quick drive to Foodland/CIBC ATM.

| This rental was very satisfying. The cottage is very clean which starts things off right. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood quiet during the week and lively on the weekend, and a large private back deck to relax on. The location is ideal! | My family and I have been renting from Laurie and Rich for the past 4 years. We have always stayed 2 weeks at a time and have even booked for 2022. They have always been great to deal with and respond very quickly.
One of the main reasons we started renting from Laurie & Rich was because my family was needing an allergy free, pet free and extremely clean cottage to rent which also has 3 bedrooms. Some of my family members have various allergies, so these were key factors for renting a cottage. The cottage has a very private back area which is great, but the big bonus is the proximity to the beach. We are looking forward to the newly renovated bathroom next year. We would highly recommend renting from Laurie and Rich.

| The perfect getaway, beautifully renovated cottage that is very close to the beach, restaurants, and pubs. We were 2 adults, a 13 yr old and twin 9 yr olds and had plenty of space. We visited parks and walked trails that were within 20 min of Port Stanley. You can easily walk into town from this cottage (we were unable to due to the lift bridge under construction)
Laurie and Richard were gracious hosts. They checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. They shared places to visit and their favourite restaurants which were all fantastic recommendations.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent Bess in Port again.

| Beautiful newly renovated home, has everything you need, very close to beach and a short drive to the all the shops. House was clean, felt very comfortable based on all the current health guidelines. Great host who checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend.
