| This summer was our 4th year at Tracy & Randall's cottage. We absolutely love the cottage. Having access to the river with the kayaks is a must for our family. The kids love playing by the water when the tide goes out, searching for marine life.
The outdoor deck allows us to enjoy most of our meals outside. The cottage is clean and functional, with everything needed to prepare great meals. The beds are very comfortable.
The nearby Cooper's market makes it easy to pick up anything we're missing, and we really enjoyed the selection of local products such as corn and blueberries. The sunsets at Point Prim are definitely worth the trip.
Each time we arrive, we truly feel at home away from home. Tracy and Randall are incredibly responsive and always available if we have any questions, truly exceptional hosts. We are so grateful to be able to enjoy this little piece of paradise every summer.

| This was our 3rd stay at this wonderful cottage. It is super clean and we were welcomed with a box of fresh Island strawberries. Our family enjoyed the kayaks and it was a wonderful relaxing time. We highly recommend this quiet location as you are never really far from anything when you are on PEI. Thanks Tracy and Randell. We will see you again.

| Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The cottage is cozy, comfortable and well-equipped with a spectacular view of the river. The hosts were welcoming, attentive and helpful. We dug for clams right out front and made a delicious chowder. Highly recommend this cottage, and hope to be back some day!

| We had a wonderful relaxing "staycation" with friends here in July. The cottage was perfect. Clean, cozy and had everything we possibly needed. We really enjoyed kayaking and the beautiful views. Tracy was very responsive to my questions before arrival. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. Hoping to return again someday!

| We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful cottage so much last July that we are planning on returning for 2 weeks this year. We had lots of fun using their canoes and kayaks and the cottage was very clean and the owners were very accommodating. It was very private and quiet.
