ASHWOOD COTTAGE: Beautiful Cottage by the shores of Lake Erie is just a short stroll (2 min. walk) to the Beach entrance on Ashwood Ave. Main Floor: This bright modern cottage provides an open concept family and dining room to gather with friends and family. Large dining area has a table and chairs for 6 or more people. Family room includes a big couch, love seat and chair for watching movies on big screen TV - free wifi, bring your Netflix or streaming service. We also have lots of classic DVD movies to enjoy and collection of game boards stored inside the antique coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, regular coffee maker, cookware, crockpot, baking dishes, blender, etc. and ample storage drawers for all your food supplies. The living room area at the front of the cottage included love seat, rocking chair and a cosy gas fireplace - a great room to relax, read a book, play games, sip your morning coffee and enjoy the view. The large master bedroom on the main floor includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, built-in closet and dresser. The 2nd bedroom on the main floor is our Sun Bedroom for the kids. Great beach themed room with 2 single beds, dressers, and lots of windows. 2nd Floor: The sleeping area on the upper floor includes one queen bed, single bed and air conditioning. The upper level is a unique space which overlooks the yard and you can often hear the sound of the beach waves through the window.
Outdoors:
The large patio deck off the family room is a great space, which overlooks our large property and offers an outstanding view of the surrounding cottages. There is a patio table on the deck with bench seating, patio umbrellas for shade, and gas barbeque including all utensils for outdoor cooking.
This is a beautiful, picturesque property with 100-year-old maples trees providing a serene setting to relax and enjoy lounging under the canopy shade or catching sunrays in the open sunny yard on a chaise lounge. 2- Picnic tables and lounge chairs setup in the yard for your use. Firepit area with 6 comfy muskoka chairs to enjoy evening campfires and storytelling. We look forward to sharing our property with you for your holiday vacation.

| Could not ask for more. Was VERY clean, comfortable, close to beach and restaurants. Owner was easy to work with and was prompt with return phone calls when I had a few questions. Would recommend this cottage for any beach lover.

| Had a great time at this cozy cottage. Short walk to the beach, lovely shops and restaurants around and very close to the states. Took a 10 min drive to the Peace bridge to spend the day in Buffalo. Firepit was great and a huge backyard for the kids to run around. Definitely would book again!

| What can I say about this beautiful little cottage. The place is immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a large yard with a fire pit which was perfect for lawn games and sitting at the picnic table for lunch and dinner :) The beach was a 2 min walk down the road and it is a beautiful beach to visit! If I could give more stars than 5 I would! I cannot thank our host enough for the wonderful cottage visit we had. We will definitely be back next year!

| My husband and I loved this cottage! It's adorably updated, light and breezy and was close enough to Niagara Falls that our friends and relatives from the Falls could visit. There is plenty of room inside and out with a huge lot that children and adults can play with a beautiful old maple tree for shade and very quiet surroundings. There were Muskoka chairs around the fire pit and pretty much everything you could want.The beach is really close and it was clean, the water was crystal clear and warm. Plenty of room inside too! Bernice was friendly and accessible and as a bonus, the neighbours were very friendly too! We had such a great time, I've asked to book it again for next year. I highly recommend this spot!!

| Rented the cottage for the first week of august 2017 for a familly of 4. The cottage is very nice, fully equipped and very well located. Max 2 minutes walk from the beach, 5 min drive to LCBO ;-) and only 18 minutes drive to Niagara falls. (Went there every night with the kids to enjoy Clifton hill street)
The owner, Bernice, is very kind and helpfull. Don't hesitate to call her for any question regarding the cottage.
I would recommend this cottage without any hesitation.

Nous avons louer le cattage pour la première semaine de aout pour une famille de 4. Le cottage est tres bien situé et tres bien équipé. 2 minutes d marche de la plage, 5 minutes de voiture de LCBO/SAQ ;-) et 18 minutes de voiture des chuttes Niagara. Nous avons passé toutes les journées sur la plage et toutes les soirées sur Cliffton hill Niagara, formidable.
La propriétaire, Bernice, est super gentille n'hésitez pas a communiquer avec elle pour toutes questions relatives au cottage.
Je recommande çe cottage sans hésitation, superbe vacance.
