| We rented this cottage in July 2019 and LOVED every minute of our stay. We went with our extended family (3 kids, 4 adults, 6 grandparents) and everyone loved how comfortable, accessible, and relaxing the stay was. The kids enjoyed being out in the water on the watercraft as well as in the lake itself. The water was calm and lake was pretty quiet. Lots of PDFs large and small for everyone (even though we brought some ourselves). Lots of land for the kids to run around in, kick a ball around, play badminton, etc. Bit of a slope that we helped the grandparents down but not an issue really. Convenient exit on the lower level as well as the upper deck level with stairs. Fire pit near the lake was a great and much enjoyed. The house was very clean and many rooms/beds to stay in. Even with a big group, we never felt cramped or crowded. They had a dining table, with breakfast bar and large coffee table. But we brought a folding table as we liked to eat together but again there was enough space to fit the extra table and chairs again without feeling cramped. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Full sized fridge kept enough food for our big group (topped up groceries half way). 3 washrooms also helped make this place convenient for big groups (definitely helps when all the kids and adults come up from the lake)! Lots of board games/books/games for the kids at the house. Washer/dryer. A/C!!! Owner was responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

| My family stayed at this cottage in August of 2018 and consisted of 6 adults and 6 kids. Overall experience was good! Kearney is a nice little town with a small general store that was handy if we needed something that we forgot. We had ice cream a few times and went for breakfast at one of the restaurants. Very nice! Pros- The cottage itself was great. Modern amenities (AC was awesome) but still had a cottage feel to it. The kitchen was equipped with newer appliances and had all of the items that you would need (BBQ worked very well too!). The living room area and bedrooms were clean, comfy and spacious (even for 12 people). Everything worked very well when we were there. The property is large and private and the badminton/volleyball net was entertaining for the kids for sure. Also, the kayaks and water mat were awesome for the kids while in the lake. Communication with cottage owner was great throughout the entire process. Cons- The grounds around the cottage could use some work. It has great potential but unfortunately had an "unkept" feel to it. The deck and stairs are old and had some loose boards and sketchy railings. Also, the steep hill without steps made it hard to get to the lake for some of my older family members. The dock is very small for a cottage that sleeps so many people. Monica (owner) said that they plan on building a new deck and dock for this year. With those additions, I would definitely stay here again.

| Great and quiet place. Came in just before the first snow and it was amazing to see. Walk to the lake is insignificant and seems like a good place to swim or fish - just not in November. There is a little stream to the right of the cottage, and it is the only thing you hear - best enjoyed by sitting with a cup of coffee in the early morning. It was a great time to spend away from the city.
Apart from that: Kitchen is well stocked with all the tools you need to cook your food House is very neat and very well insulated

| Great Vacation, 2 kids under 8 who really enjoyed the kayaks and swimming pads provided. Cottage very Clean and newly renovated. Mom and Dad also joined us and they were very comfortable and loved the privacy they had when needed in their large master suite. Monica was a delight to deal with and all communications prompt and respectful. Already booked for next year.. Looking forwad to many more family memories at this great spot! Thanks Monica!
