| We had an amazing stay at Nina's cottage! The cottage itself was extremely well equipped. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need and we made good use of the bbq on the deck. The kitchen island made a good place to grab some food, but we mainly ate on the table on the deck, which had the most breathtaking view of the lake. We sampled the extensive dvd collection when it rained and if you're feeling nostalgic as a Gen X, tune to 93.5 the Moose on the radio. The bedrooms had lots of sleeping options. Plenty of drawer space to store things as well. You can't beat the view of the lake, it's spectacular! We could hear and see the loons every day. The lake was clear and clean. It was deep right off the dock so it made it easy to dock our boat and fish right off the dock. Although we didn't make use of them, there were lots of options with watercraft on site - kayaks and canoes as well as life jackets. Great lake for tubing as well. The grocery store in Kinmount isn't much to write home about, it's worth the extra time to Fenelon Falls but there is also an LCBO in Kinmount and a fabulous frozen yogurt shack - Violet's. The only real caution, which is in the review before ours is the ramp down to the dock which becomes slippery when wet. Totally cool for us but someone with mobility issues would need to be careful. Nina made everything super easy! We'd definitely recommend this cottage!

| My family and I had an amazing week at Nina's cottage. Nina was great at communicating everything that we needed to know, in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was clean and welcoming. The views from the deck were mesmerizing. The sunsets were incredible. The water was low this year so the ramp to the dock was probably steeper than it would normally be, but we managed. The swimming was lovely, no weeds. The ladder made it easy to get in and out of the water. There was only one downside, there was a steady stream of boat activity coming from the neighbours who admittedly, cut close to Nina's dock making swimming out any distance, unsafe. However, they were kind enough to come out on their sea-do, to let us know that we should stay in closer to the dock, when swimming, for the aforementioned reason. I would highly recommend Nina's cottage. We hope to return again next year.

| Our group of 7 adult males had a great time at this cottage. The views from the deck and dock were beautiful. The dock was big. Good place to relax. Clean upon arrival. Nice firepit that was easy to operate. We had 5 cars and were able to park them onsite without issue. Not sure how many more would fit. Probably not much more. There was a lot of boat activity on the water, which was nice to watch. The neighbors were friendly, and kept to themselves. Communication with Nina was great and she answered all our questions in a timely manner. Check in and check out was easy. We were provided with 2 garbage bags total for recycling/garbage, which were full at the end of our 3-day stay. You have to dispose your own clear garbage bags. All information for town disposal was provided. The cottage had enough space to house and sleep 7 male adults comfortably. We had to bring our own bedding/linens/toilet paper/paper towels, etc. Plenty of outdoor chairs. There was fairly deep water off the dock that is good for swimming and fishing. We didnt land any big catches. The paddle boat provided was fun. We didn't try out the canoes. Came with plenty of life jackets for outdoor water activities, and DVDs/TV for indoors. We would stay again. Thank you again for everything.

| We, a group of 6 friends, tried to have a 3-days simple getaway from GTA, but the result was much beyond of expectations. The cottage is beautiful and super clean, with fabulous deck, dock, firepit and lake view. Will recommend this one to our other friends definitely.

| This was a small, yet clean and renovated cottage with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds (1 queen, 2 double and 1 single). The bathroom had a beautiful glass-enclosed shower and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishware, utensils and pots we needed during our stay.
The 2.5 hour drive to this cottage was beautiful. The cottage itself is on crystal lake with very quiet surroundings. We went for a weekend and i think we saw one other person during a stroll around the neighbourhood. It was very peaceful and far from the hustle and bustle you see in the GTA.
The backyard and fire pit area were absolutely beautiful! We loved hanging out in the back and there are actually two small docks that go off the property. It was March so the weather wasnt the greatest and lake was frozen so we couldnt really do anything other than have a fire, but if it was warmer we would have definitely spent our days outside. There was also a huge balcony with a large dining table. Lots of space to spread out.
We came for the weekend and unfortunately 2 out of the 3 days were full of rain so we had to stay indoors and at times felt a bit bored. There were plenty of board games and DVD's available, but no Wifi or Cable. We did appreciate having the DVD's to kill time.
Also there is nothing close in terms of fast food. Tim Hortons was about 35 min away. Not a bad thing - but something to note.
All in all this was a wonderful trip. We hope to come back when its warmer! Thanks for having us!
