Beautiful Crystal Lake Cottage Rental available. $500 reserves your week. Bell Unlimited Fibe Internet Wifi at this cottage. The same Internet speeds you get at home. Canoe, Kayak, Paddle boat included with rental. We are offering at Crystal Lake our beautifully appointed Cottage that is situated on a private lot located in the Kawartha Lakes region of Cottage Country. The cottage is less than two hours North of Toronto. This extremely large lot and is nicely treed and offers an unbelievable amount of privacy from adjacent cottages. 200 feet in each direction. The upper portion of the lot is flat with as per the pictures a minor slope to a large dock for sunbathing and also to a private beach in a bay shared with the cottage next door. The water off the dock is 12' deep and there are no weeds or rocks in the swim area. It is safe to dive in the water off the dock. You can see the bottom. It is deep. The beach at the other end of the property is sand and perfect for kids or launching a canoe. Very shallow water at the beach area. Brand new Kitchen, Black Ash cabinets, White Quartz counter tops, Gas Stove/ Oven, open concept kitchen, dining and living room offer plenty of room for everyone to gather for family fun and relaxation. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with everything you will need (see pictures and reviews). It features a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stove, and fridge. There is a large Weber BBQ for the cottage chef to prepare great meals. The long dining table can easily seat everyone for meals and games. The Granite and Hardwood floors along with the 23-foot Cathedral ceilings provide an elegant cottage atmosphere. Separate board games table for checkers and chess.
The cottage can comfortably sleep 7 people in style and comfort. There are private balconies off the loft bedroom & main floor bedroom and the walkout level bedroom having room for a pack and play if needed. We have a queen size bed and day-bed in the loft bedroom, the main floor bedroom is the "master suite" with a Queen size bed and bathroom right next to this bedroom. The lower level bedroom has a queen size bed along with bunk beds (double and single) and also has a bathroom right next to it. There is a casual rec room with separate TV on the lower level. Bedroom configurations can change slightly.
Features: Bell Fibe Hi Speed Internet, Roku TV (able to stream any apps like Netflix), Fire Pit, Free Firewood, Canoe, Paddle Boat, Kayak, 20 x 24 Main Dock, fully equipped kitchen, South Exposure (Sun all day long), incredible privacy (2 acre lot), and private beach (shared with Neighbor, who is never there) for the kids or launching a kayak. FYI, in Sept (3rd week) we move the dock over to the beach preparing for winter.
Outside, you will find plenty of space to find your perfect sitting spot to enjoy sunning, reading or just relax and take it easy.
NO PET POLICY. Unfortunately, due to family members with severe animal allergies we cannot accommodate any guests with pets including service dogs, as our family uses the cottage when it is not booked.
Aluminum boat with 10 HP motor also for rent at an additional charge.

| The cottage is lovely, with a current décor. The kitchen was spacious and clean, with lots of counter space. The cottage is well lit, and comfortable. It wasn't clear to us that the property was on a significant slope to the water. If anyone in your group has mobility issues, you may wish to select something at water level. Regardless, we had a great, private and relaxing vacation. Thank you for sharing your space!

| We stayed at Gerry and Tammy's cottage over the long weekend and it was amazing! The interior layout is very modern and clean with big windows overlooking the lake.
The lake itself was very clean and there are lots of toys you can use to enjoy it.
Highly recommend!

| Lovely, spacious, clean and well equipped cottage with lots of room for 4 adults. The views of the lake from the cottage and the patio were gorgeous. The use of pedal boats and kayak was a bonus.
All interactions with the owner were positive, easy and helpful.

| WOW. Perfect vacation. Better than the pictures. Beautiful location, with lots of privacy, peace and quiet. Slept 7 of us easily with very comfortable beds. Very clean cottage, having two bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you need . Large open concept, with beautiful lake views and plenty of seating for everyone. Awesome fire pit with a lot of outdoor chairs and loungers. Our favourite spot was the waterfront. Full sunshine all day, and a nice beach , We loved the large dock and the water is soo clean and clear and weed free! Some days the lake was like glass. Beautiful for an evening canoe ride. The kayak ,canoe and paddle boat were great to use. Communication with Gerry was excellent, answered any questions quickly, no issues. Do not hesitate to rent this cottage, you will love it. Thanks again Gerry and Tammy!

| This was our second time renting this cottage and we couldn't have been more pleased!
Gerry is excellent to deal with and the cottage is everything it was billed as and more.
The location is absolutely gorgeous, the cottage is fabulous and the space is very well kept. The kitchen was redone since our first visit in 2017, and it looks great, as does the walk in shower on the main floor.
Boating, fishing, swimming ... It was another great week for us and we highly recommend checking this cottage out if you are thinking about it.
We will be back!
