Waterfront Cottage on Beautiful Catchacoma Lake

You have a good view of the lake from the living area, the kitchen and the dining area.

The cottage is smoke free pets can be discussed.

There is a propane BBQ. There is also a fire pit. Wood for burning outside and inside is something you should bring with you. You will pass many places along the way that sell campfire wood. There is a lot of kindling on the lot. Please note that the municipality controls when campfires may be lit. All campfires must be lit after 6 pm and must be extinguished by 8 am. There may be a ban on campfires if it has been dry for a long period of time. There are signs on the county road 507 which let you know if a ban is in place. You can look for these on your way in. You can also ask us and we will let you know. There is a sign when you first make the turn to the 507 and another sign about 16 kms up the 507 at the fire hall/community center just 2 kms from the cottage.

We provide a paddle boat and 2 Kayaks with life jackets. Some people prefer to bring their own life jackets so they can be sure of their fit. Every person using paddle boat must be wearing a life jacket and bring safety kit. We want your stay to be safe and fun-filled. If you require more life jackets, we could provide more.
We have also added a 6 person hot tub.

The trails for hiking, four wheeling, dirt biking, etc are within walking distance

Some reminders:
You need to provide your own drinking water, bed linens, blankets, pillows, towels, and life jackets (if proffered). If you want a fire, please bring your own wood.

The cottage will be available for:
weekly (7 days) - from after 4 pm Sunday to 11am the following Sunday - $1800
weekends are a 3 night minimum rate is $1500 for up to 6 people ($50 more per person after 6)
To book the cottage, half of the amount owed will be due upon making the reservation and the other half will be due on the day of arrival. Payment by cash is preferred. For weekly, $900 and $750 for 3 nights will be needed to secure the reservation. The other half, the exact amounts as shown immediately above, will be due upon arrival.

There is also a $200 cash security deposit due upon arrival. This is completely refundable if the cottage is left in the same state as you arrived. There will be a dump pass provided and all garbage and recycle must be disposed by the renters.
We will inspect the cottage and return the deposit if everything is in state as you arrived.
If there is damage, if the place is not cleaned, and/ or if garbage is left the appropriate amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
