Cottage with Air Conditioning, Heating and Wifi , Tv, for your comfortable stay. Swim, Canoe, Kayak, Boat, Fish from our Docks & Yard. Water is wheedles crystal clear shallow approx. 1 Ft near the shore line and a 5 to 6 Feet at the end of the Docks. Swimming is pretty safe for all ages including Toddlers. Well Water supply, UV treated and is drinkable. We are about 150 Kms about 1 3/4 Hour drive from GTA /Hwy 401/400/404. 45 Minutes from New Market/Aurora/Orillia/Peterborough.

If you've ever visited the scenic waterways of Coboconk you may have not immediately realized you're at a point of national significance. Coboconk is positioned at Canada's Fresh Water Summit ? the highest body of water in the country from which a seaworthy vessel can circumnavigate the world. It's a distinction shared only by the Coon Rapids Dam on the Mississippi River, and Kelheim, Bavaria, Germany.

This cottages original structure is over a century old and has been restored at different times. There are some minor slopes on the upper wood floors but it has all good characteristics of a real cottage.

| We had a wonderful week at this cottage.
The proximity to town was a definite plus. Our kids could walk solo. And loved jumping off the bridge.
There were a ton of activities and water toys included with the cottage. The trolling motor was an unexpected bonus, which our teens loved.
The owner was just lovely and so accommodating.
Highly recommend.

| Our families had an enjoyable stay! The area is very quaint and picturesque and anything you might need is conveniently located within a short walk away! It is also only a short drive to Fenelon Falls for an afternoon excursion and there are many trails for biking and hiking close by.
The cottage is well equipped for an enjoyable vacation and Thomson is very responsive and helpful in providing anything you might need to ensure you have a good vacation.
Fishing off the dock is great for catching smaller fish and the canoes, row boats and paddle boat are fun. The current from the dam was a bit strong at the end of our trip as more water was allowed through the dam following a few previous storms, but overall the swimming was enjoyable and the water is crystal clear!

| My family and I had an amazing stay! The cottage was well maintained and very clean. It had great amenities such as full working kitchen, A.C and heater, and a few boats and canoe to enjoy the water! The location is perfect to enjoy a nice walk around town and local attractions. Tomson was a great host and very accommodating and made our stay more than we can ask for. Thank you!

| We had a great time at the cottage. It was very clean and it has everything you need.
Tomson was always there to answer any questions we may have.
The deck is huge with a big bbq. The lake is beautiful, and you can use the canoes, boat and pedal boat. Life jackets are also there for you to use. The cottage inside is very cozy and the kitchen has everything you will need.
