| Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles avec nos trois enfants dans le cottage loué par Jim et Hélène. Le chalet porte bien son nom: le lieu paisible! L'endroit est idéalement situé, près des attractions touristiques (Bouctouche, Shediac, l'IPE, Mountain Magic, etc) et de superbes plages (Parlee Beach, Cap Pelé, Brackley Beach** à l'IPE vaut aussi le détour) tout en conservant une belle quiétude et calme une fois de retour au chalet. La vue sur la mer est très apaisante, les enfants ont pu apprécier la plage privée, s'y baigner, faire des petits feux, et collecter des coquillages à marée basse. En face du chalet, à 5 minutes en auto, une autre plage peu peuplée permet aussi de profiter de la quiétude des lieux. Le marché à distance de marche est très utile. Une poissonnerie un peu plus loin nous a aussi permis d'acheter nos homards et huitres sans avoir à se déplacer à Shediac.
Les propriétaires ont été merveilleux, à la fois très discrets, et disponibles en cas de besoin. Bref, un lieu magique, loué par un couple autant ouvert, humain, chaleureux, qui vont vous faire sentir comme si vous étiez chez vous à la minute que vous arriverez en vacances.
Quitter ce lieu a été presque déchirant. On veut juste revenir encore et encore! :))

| What a wonderful place to stay while vacationing in New Brunswick. Perfect location for day trips to Hopewell Rocks, Cavendish Beach, PEI, Fundy Trail and Bouctouche Dunes.
There is a small grocery store a short 5 min walk away, as well as a tiny storefront that sells fresh lobster which was delicious, within a 10 min walk.
The cottage was well equipped, quiet and had everything we required. The private beach was fantastic for morning strolls with our dog.
The owners, Helene and Jim are amazing hosts who answered all of our questions and were able to help us out to fulfill a very special request. Very, very kind people.
We will most definitely be back.

| We stayed here for two weeks with our family and had a lovely time. Cottage is right on Cocagne Bay with beach access. The cottage's location very convenient. It's within walking distance to local restaurants and two small grocery stores.
It's a great place for a family with kids (they loved the loft) and spent hours collecting shells and playing in the water and sand. There are nice swimming beaches close-by and if you prefer to look at the water, the deck is an excellent spot to read and watch boats come and go.
Cocagne is much quieter than nearby Shediac and it is a perfect location to use as a base to explore New Brunswick's eastern coast. We made easy day trips to the Bouctouche dunes, Hopewell Rocks, Moncton and Sackville.
Cottage hosts are very responsive and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed and are very knowledgeable about the local area? including prime fishing spots!

| Great spot, very nice private beach to take long walk. Cozy fireplace spot near the house on a large deck. Remote and quiet but close to major roads to go rapidly to main attractions.
