************** Now Taking Reservations for 2025 ************* Hi all and thanks for stopping by to look at our cottage-home! Our summer season rate of $3000/ week is considered one of the best deals at Wasaga Beach and is can easily accommodate 2 families.
We are located right in Wasaga Beach and are about a 20-30 minute car drive to the Village of Blue Mountain.
Our location is right at Beach #3 on Shore Lane.
We are a fully licensed Tourist Establishment with the Town of Wasaga Beach and can comfortably sleep 8-10 people. With 4 full bathrooms there are no lineups when you're in hurry to get to the beach, trails or slopes.
All of our rooms face the waters of Wasaga Beach and have their own furnished balconies.
We are a pet friendly cottage (within reason!) and the dog beach is located here at Beach #3. It occupies the eastern third of Beach #3 (about 100m away.)
Our modern kitchen provides you with a gorgeous quartz counter top, gas stove, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all utensils clean and ready for your use. For an added touch of vintage class, we restored a classic 1920's Eaton's Department Store Carpenter's Bench for our kitchen island.
Enjoy your meals in our dining room furnished with a genuine Mennonite harvest table. For guests on the go, we have a convenient breakfast nook with a panorama window facing the beach. Our garden patio offers a gazebo with dining set and a Weber BBQ. We make certain that you get a BBQ that is clean right from the start and we supply the propane.
Our large family room has a 50" TV screen sitting above the fireplace. For entertainment, you can choose from cable TV/ROKU/Amazon Fire, or use your own device to connect to our Rogers hi speed internet. We have Wifi/Ethernet for personalizing your own entertainment or your work-from-the-cottage needs. All of our bedrooms also have Rogers TV and Roku, but if you wish to use them to connect your own device, you'll need to bring along an adapted cable with one end for HDMI.
This home is only for family rental. We will not rent to teenagers or university aged students for proms or house parties. This is a smoke free home. Any attempt to sublet our property or misrepresent the actual renter will immediately forfeit the down payment and immediately terminate the balance of the rental term without refund. Any overly boisterous activity that causes damage to our home, will bring municipal bylaw officials, EMS or the police to our address will also immediately terminate the rental term with no refund. Any unauthorized visitors will also immediately terminate the rental agreement with no refund. The safety of your children is your is responsibility. These terms are subject to change with warning. Blue Mountain offers free parking at all time of the year. It has excellent night skiing in winter and the lights of the hill can be seen from our home. In summer, the chair lifts are adapted to bring mountain bikes to the top. *** Beyond big bonus! The first floor bathroom is equipped with a shower and faucet, that also allows for you to wash your feet! Great for minimizing SAND!
** The beach # 3 is Dog friendly!! - TOTAL BONUS!
Main beach is minutes away.
The beds are comfortable, washrooms on every floor? I have never enjoyed such LUXERY of never needing to use a washroom on vacation!
The yard, gazebo, fire pit is the PERFECT setup to enjoy burgers next to a fire, roast some marshmellows and when the littles are asleep, The perfect hangout spot for the adults to unwind knowing the littles are safe inside.
We beyond recommened going, its a one in a life time experience and GEM!

| We stayed there for Victoria Day long weekend with 5 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Having everything included such as linens, towels, toilet paper, internet and TV was also a huge plus, as we did not have to worry about packing up any of these items. We only needed to bring our clothes and food, which was great, especially when traveling with young children. The place is very beautiful, spacious and clean and is a stone's throw from the beach. Tom was a gracious host and made our stay that much more enjoyable. I have nothing negative to stay about our trip and am only sad that we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back next year!

| We came here with 7 adults 2 kids. We all loved this place. Each room has their own ensuite which was key. There were no arguments or fight over the washrooms. Each room had a view of the beach. Location wise it was very convenient. Everything you need was less than 10 min drive. McDonald's, Tim Hortons and dollarama 3 min. lcbo, loblaws super store and shopper's 8 min away. The place is very clean. Tom was such a great host. Blue mountain was a 30 min drive which was an easy drive. Definitely you get your money's worth, diamond in the rough. We'll definitely book again.
