Cottage has a16x24 foot deck overlooking the ocean and it has a 10 x10 deck off porch at back.

Cottage has 3 large bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a queen bed with large window facing ocean. 2 bedroom has a queen bed facing the ocean. 3 bedroom has 2 double beds.

Bookings for the summer of 2023will begin in February. Please check calendar for availability.

My sister and I rented this cottage in June last year and are coming back this year! This is a lovely cottage which is totally renovated. There is nothing lacking - it has everything you need. It is right on the beach with a stunning view of the bay, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We totally enjoyed our walks on the beach and our morning coffee on that lovely deck. Looking forward to our stay again this year!

We've traveled many places, but hadn't found perfection until here. Photos don't do it justice. View, comfort, sand at the door steps with the view that you see on travel channels. We're already booking again. Great place to get away and will have privacy, even though you have neighbors.

Had an amazing and peaceful stay at this beautifully renovated cottage. Waking up and going to sleep with the sound of the waves crashing the shore was incredible. The cottage had everything we could want and the town of Beresford is a nice friendly town. We were concerned about our lack of French speaking skills and everyone we met were very accommodating. Thank goodness. Lol.

This is a beautiful cottage in a perfect location on the beach with views of spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a lovely seaside getaway!
