This beautiful updated waterfront cottage is situated on over one acre of private property on Georgian Bay. It is only one and a half hours away from Toronto and 30 minutes North of Barrie.
The main cottage has 5 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. There is a Bunkie on the property that has 2 additional bedrooms and one bathroom (the Bunkie is only open from May 1st to November 1st) that is perfect for hosting your in-laws and other family and friends.
This property is ready to entertain your guests with its beautiful views of Georgian Bay, large lot, over 120 foot dock, firepit by the water and a large deck with a BBQ! Guests will be provided with a 5 person pedal boat and a row boat!
Inside the main cottage you will find a large open-concept living room and kitchen with high cathedral ceilings, stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen island and stunning views of the waterfront. You will also find a wood burning fireplace in the living room with a 58 inch flat screen TV. The main cottage is large so you will never feel crowded!
It is conveniently located close to nearby amenities, Highway 400, Barrie, Midland and Orillia!
