The town hosts weekly outdoor concerts and various outdoor festivals including Canada Day celebrations, Montague Days, and Diverse-city Multicultural Festival. Championship golf courses (Links at Crowbush, Dundarave, Brudenell River) are a 15-25 drive. Panmure Island Provincial Park (public beach and light house), Brudenell Provincial Park (horse back riding, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding), and Wineries (Newman Estates, Rossignol Winery) are all less than a 20 minute drive.
