Sunset Lakehouse has a new modern kitchen and grand dining table to enjoy those unforgettable family meals. A private sand beach with dock to view the stillness of the water and the gorgeous Manitoba sunsets. The private hot tub is a perfect way to end the day. The property is often visited by wildlife including deer, beavers, eagles and more. Sunset Lakehouse is located just minutes from Grand Beach and it's beautiful world class white sand. Located just a short drive away are water slides and South Beach Casino. Perfectly designed for your family get away, wedding party, family special events, bachelor/ bachelorette occasions. The spacious Sunset Lakehouse is located on a fully grassed lot that backs on the lake. (lot size being 127' x 385' / Suitable for multi family rental).
Being a lake property we have a gravel driveway, sand beach in the yard, mother natures bugs and hard water so please understand nature or water minerals are not the same as city living.

| It's unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review however due to the uncleanliness of the cottage I am. It was a group of 8 of us and we know what is immaculate and what is just not acceptable. This was a very mediocre stay for a big price. Upon arrival the owner Joe met with us as he lives on the property. As we walked in he apologized and stated "it was a quick turnaround" due to the instant noticeable inconsistencies with what should have been dealt with prior to arrival especially since we arrived 1 hour after our check in time. The fridge was dirty with sticky food all on the inside, the freezer was leaking all over the floor, the floors were not vacuumed or swept, the dish washer was full of clean dishes that we had to put away, the soaps in the bathrooms were near empty, the onsuite bathroom had a dirty toilet, the garbage in the kitchen has dried old food all over the outside and inside garbage can, food was hardened on the walls behind the garbage can and not cleaned or disinfected, we paid for a hot tub rental that we could not use due to the cleaner being broken and had a dark color to it with floaties all in it which the owner recognized and was the one who told us the cleaner had broke and still refuses to reimburse for. The "beach" is not swimmable due to "mother nature" and the dock is broken but still accessible to walk on. Overall, I would not recommend this stay for anyone and we defintely will not be returning.

| Cabin was excellent, location was excellent. Our stay was great and relaxing with the hot tube, beach front, full kitchen. The owner Joe was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place. We all had a great weekend!
