Large open concept cottage with all the modern conveniences located on a gently sloping property with 100 ft of shoreline. You can swim off the dock, wade in the water, or relax on the large deck close to the water's edge. There is also a beautiful screened in sunroom to enjoy. All appliances provided including a fridge, stove, micro, coffee maker, toaster, TV, Propane BBQ, outdoor furniture, hammock, firepit, picnic table, etc. There is a boat launch 10 minutes away and you can dock your boat right outside the front door on your own dock. Good fishing for walleye, pike, muskie and bass. The town of Astorville is only 10 minutes away where you can get groceries, beer and wine, gas, ice, etc. Build a campfire and listen to the loons calling you! | My family stayed here for a week in June. So pleased with our experience.
The cottage is quite large and well appointed. Somehow, I don't think the photos convey just how nice it is. Always a leap of faith renting cottages for first time; this was one of those experiences where we were treated with a place that exceeded expectations. Highlight is the sun room facing the lake that evokes a screened in porch, but is kept cool with AC during the dog days. The deck offered spectacular views, and the beach/dock area is quite large and very comfortable. We arrived during tail end of mayfly season, so the fishing was tough. Apart from that, could not be happier with our stay. Tons of wildlife to see, including deer (they're everywhere!), bald eagles and egrets. From the deck we watched two herons feeding in the weedbeds, and of course the loons. This place is a gem, we're already booked again for next year!

| I stayed here last summer and I will say it was wonderful! The perfect combination of rustic and modern, this cottage offers it all. I spent a lot of time sitting on the gorgeous deck reading, with the beautiful lake as my backdrop. I can't say enough good things except book it and go! You will love it.

| The place is amazing. So peaceful, picturesque and quiet. Minutes from the highway. Cottage is so homey and comfortable. View of the lake is beautiful.
