Recently renovated 3 bedroom cottage with Nova Scotia appeal! Beautiful waterviews! Large eat in Kitchen and plenty of seating for everyone. There is a highchair and playpen available for the little one. Internet access is available however keep in mind it is Rural Internet and not high speed. Satellite TV also installed. 9 minute drive to Historic Annapolis Royal. A short drive to many popular tourist destinations, such as Peggy's Cove and picture perfect Lunenburg. Approximately 30 minutes from the Digby ferry. You will find a large deck out back to enjoy dinners or morning coffee. Also a firepit out back to enjoy summer evenings! Everything you need is here- just sit back and enjoy a stunning view and some relaxation on the charming shores of Nova Scotia! Be sure to take the Graveyard tour in Annapolis Royal! Make sure to try Fish and Chips at the very popular "Crows Nest" just a 3 minute drive up the street! Whale Watching tours are a must do while here. | A beautiful accommodation!! On our second day of returning to the cottage after a day outside, one of our kids said : it feels so good to return home!!. Indeed the cottage felt like home.
You just have to pack up your baggages and come, literally!! Ma's cottage is well furnished and has everything you may need. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything we need there.
Minor drawbacks : the ad is a bit misleading. It stated 2 bathrooms but it's one bathroom and a powder/washroom; there were a lot of bugs inside but I guess it's normal since we were in a rural area.
But we really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite rooms are the tv room and the kitchen with the wonderful view of the bay ! The kids enjoyed the immense backyard!!

| Excellent vacation location.
There were 8 of us staying at Ma's Cottage for three nights including two babies. We were very comfortable, this cottage is very spacious. It included everything you will need literally you only need to pack your clothes and groceries. The deck and tv room we're our favourites with the beautiful view overlooking the water and the tv room for evenings when it was time to relax. All 8 of us had room to comfortably sit for a movie. A very nice touch as well was that fire wood was supplied for our evening fires which we had every night we stayed there. Another nice touch was that every bedroom was provided a fan for sleeping, as the valley can be very hot! Thank you for the beautiful accommodations and we will certainly be back!

| Wow! We enjoyed every minute at this beautiful home. There were so many extras that we didn't want for anything.The beds were so comfortable.If we didn't have so many things we wanted to do and see,we would have been happy just to sit and look out over the beautiful bay.You sure know how to make it feel like a home away from home! | Ma's Cottage is the perfect retreat from busy living. The house is quaint and super charming, very comfortable, furnished with everything you need, and nicely decorated for guests. The photos do not do justice to this house, which is situated on a big lot, with amazing views of the Bay of Fundy. The huge deck is the perfect place to enjoy drinks ( Still Fired Fundy Bay Gin) or a meal. Evenings are peaceful and quiet. We chose to sleep in the room with a king size bed, which was super comfy.
The Dukeshires were wonderful hosts, and made us feel right at home. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to visit this beautiful place, and recommend Ma's Cottage without any hesitation.

| What a fabulous vacation home. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. It was great of the owners to provide a detailed list of the items included in the house with such nice touches as supplying kitchen essentials and even wood for the fire pit. The sunsets over the Bay of Fundy from the large desk were spectacular. The location is perfect with restaurants, shopping and a fresh seafood market close by and easy access to the highway for visiting the rest of the province. We will definitely be returning.
