Exquisite vacation home with views of the ocean & lavender fields. Situated on NB's east coast, renowned for it's warm sandy beaches & beautiful destinations. You'll be immediately impressed by the bright & spacious first floor's open-concept ...perfect for gatherings & entertaining. The large well-equipped kitchen with Jenn Air Range should please any chef. In season, fresh herbs & blueberries are available right outside your door! The sunroom & adjoining deck are ideal for enjoying a beverage & taking in the picturesque views of the water, lavender, sunrises & star-filled skies. The quaint livingroom with propane fireplace is great for TV, reading or games. Beautifully furnished, the house has 4 Bdrms with 2 1/ 2 baths. For those with difficulty with stairs, a master bedroom is situated on the main floor with an ensuite. Other features are hardwood floors, 2 heat pumps with A/C, washer & dryer, desk for those needing to catch up on work, large yard for outdoor games, double attached garage & ample parking.
The whole house is your private dream vacation home with the ocean in the front & 100 acres of woodland in the back. Just 2 minute drive to beach. Excellent biking, walking, snowshoeing & groomed snowmobile trails on the property. Enjoy the fresh air & nature while still being minutes from sandy beaches & activities: Irving Eco-Center & Boardwalk, wharf, antiques, Kent Museum, La Pays de la Sagouine, Farmer's Market, golf, hospital & more all within 10 minutes. Lavender Manor is perfect for summer vacations, weekend getaways, special occasions, snowmobiling or cycling excursions. Experience privacy & tranquility while still enjoying comfort & being close to many destinations.
We can easily sleep up to 14 guests with air mattresses in the bedrooms without using any of the common areas, ie, living room, sunroom, etc. If you wanted to use those common areas, of course, we could sleep even more.
We do also have 2 fully serviced RV lots on the property that are available for rent, but ONLY to our guests that rent Lavender Manor. We want to maintain the privacy & enjoyment of our guests, but it is an option if our guests have additional people that they want to invite.
EVENTS: We've added a beautiful locally crafted table that can seat 12! With the open-concept kitchen, dining room & sunroom, we can easily seat 20 people now! Perfect for dinners, meetings, etc. with the option for some guests to stay the night if desired. Contact us for pricing depending on your needs.
We are excited to host & want to ensure that our guests are met with Maritime hospitality. We live close by & will meet our guests to help get them settled in. We respect the privacy of our guests but will be available for any issues that may arise or any questions that our guests may have. | We absolutely loved our stay at Lavender Manor, everything was as described or better, Lori and Paul were very accommodating of our late flight on the arrival day and so nice. The house is spacious and gorgeous, there were only 3 of us so we had plenty of room. The photos don't do it justice. Very clean. Thank you, we wouldn't hesitate to come again or recommend!

| Quelle expérience, quel souvenir. Le tout débutât par un accueil chaleureux de Lori et Paul. Lori débutât par nous énumérer les services disponibles (épicerie, restaurant, régie d'alcool, ou se procurer du bois pour feu de camp, etc.) des environs. Elle nous expliqua aussi où et comment se rendre à différents endroits inclus la plage. Par la suite Lori fit avec nous le tour du manoir. La propreté régnait. Lori nous montrât aussi ou se trouvait telle ou telle chose et elle nous expliqua le fonctionnement des appareils ménagers et autres. Avant de quitter les lieux, Lori nous laissa savoir qu'elle était disponible en tout temps avenant un problème. Sans aucune hésitation, je recommanderai ce lieu de résidence à qui que ce soit.

| My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lavender Manor. Lori and Paul were wonderful hosts, very helpful and welcoming! The house was spotless and beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We loved all the natural light from the lovely windows! The kitchen is large and well equipped, and all the bedrooms are well furnished. Lots of towels and bed linens meant we had everything we needed. Even the outdoors were perfect! Privacy and lots of space for the kids to play in the snow. We would definitely recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Lori and Paul!

| Un séjour mémorable!! Lori et Paul nous ont accueillis la première journée avec une hospitalité et une générosité fantastiques! Ils nous ont accompagné pour un tour du propriétaire complet, la maison était fantastique et vraiment spacieuse pour une famille de 5, et très bien équipée, de la cuisine à la salle à laver (mention spéciale pour la qualité de la literie et serviettes)! Le fait qu'il n'y a pratiquement aucun voisin immédiat nous faisait sentir vraiment en vacances!! L'emplacement est génial, à 10 minutes de Bouctouche, Pays de la Sagouine, et de tous les services (IGA, Marché Michaud, Restaurants de seafood, Magasins de Poisson), et ses habitants tellement sympathiques! La maison est également à une distance très raisonnable des multiples plages de la région, des autres villes (Shediac, Moncton, Parc de Kouchibougouac), de l'Eco Centre Irving (juste à côté!) de l'Ile-du-Prince-Édouard (1h), Baie de Fundy, etc.! Lori et Paul sont restés disponibles pour répondre à nos questions toute la semaine, quoiqu'il n'y en a pas eu beaucoup vue que tout était tellement complet! Et le checkout a été très facile, juste les arrangements de base mais pas besoin de se casser la tête avec le lavage/ménage... Bref, un 10/10!! Merci!!

| Went to lavender manor for a girls weekend. (4 of us). Lori and Paul, two of the three hosts, met us at the house and showed us around. This place is stunning, although we had cool and some wet weather, we were toasty warm inside sitting around the propane fireplace. Lots of room for everyone and each room is very comfy. Well stocked kitchen, lots of room and all the tools you need to make a great meal. The town of bouchtouche has a great farmers market, trails and the boardwalk, wineries within a 20 - 30 min. Drive. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and the hosts are kind folks who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We will be back. This place is a hidden gem.
