This 1990s built 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom villa has a spacious layout, cozy furnishings, and a full kitchen. It is great for fishing and very clean water for swimming.
The property includes a tennis court, billiards, ping pong, foosball, dart board and some board games. Outside there is a Gazebo, BBQ grill, Fire pit and seating and is located across from Whiskey Run Golf Club.
The beach house comes fully furnished with WiFi, Tv, Sofa, Bed Linens and Kitchen equipment including cutlery and crockery.

IMPORTANT LAKE ERIE WATERFRONT DISCLOSURE
Our cottage is located less than 30 metres from Lake Erie and comes with natural environmental conditions that are common to the area.
Seasonal lake insects may appear depending on weather and water temperatures, spiders are common and may build webs overnight, even after cleaning. To protect Lake Erie's environment and comply with Ontario environmental regulations, we do not use excessive chemical pesticides. Guests are encouraged to keep doors and windows closed to prevent bugs from entering the house
Weather & Outdoor Amenities
Weather conditions can affect outdoor amenities at any time. During cooler months, frost, snow, ice, or freezing temperatures may limit access to or enjoyment of outdoor spaces.
Pool water temperature, lake conditions, visibility, outdoor furniture cleanliness, and the usability of amenities can change quickly due to weather and are beyond our control.
