| Had an amazing time here for 4 nights; great location on quiet yet spectacular Greens Lake, a much more pleasant drive from Toronto compared to Muskoka region IMO. Plenty of things for kids and adults to do, including a water trampoline, kayaking, paddleboating, a private beach with toys, an outdoor swing, an outdoor Jenga set, a fire pit for the cool September nights, a dock to just sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery, and walkable trails through the surrounding forest.
Everything was in great condition and clean. The BBQ always started effortlessly. There was plenty of hot water for showers, plus good water pressure.
If I was to nitpick, the paddleboat steering was a finicky, but once you figure it out, it's not a problem.
Cell coverage inside the home was very spotty, but I'm told that is due to the steel roof. Outdoors, the coverage is fine. There is Wi-Fi in the home but with a 5GB/week data cap. With so much to do and see, it's actually a great excuse to just disconnect.
There's also no AC, which wasn't a problem for our mid-September stay. A remote-controlled fireplace was perfect to keep the living and dining room nice and toasty.
Would definitely come back.

| We had a fantastic 2-week stay at this lovely cottage! We really appreciated having towels and sheets provided, in addition to all the other fun things like horseshoes, outdoor jenga and the water trampoline was a huge hit with our 3 kids! The sand beach is awesome and our kids also loved finding frogs on the waterfront. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and it's a quiet lake, that's quite warm. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our family has rented many cottages but non compare to the Greens Lake. In this price range, its truly the benchmark and will be nearly impossible to top. The cottage was finished beautifully and all amenities were provided. Having the beautiful and calm lake literally at our back door, a sand beach, a massive covered deck and fire pit all made our experience so enjoyable. We look forward to renting here again. THANKS!

| My family and I rented this cottage a few weeks back and had an amazing time. We are still raving about it.
This cottage is the best I've rented in many years! It is newer build, well maintained (both inside and out) and beautifully decorated. Super clean and comfortable, with astounding views of the lake.
Furniture & appliances are new & spotless, providing all the comforts you'd need being away from home. Cottage is bright and airy, with a nice big kitchen and dining area. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were immaculate.
The beach area was a gorgeous little oasis. Clean sand, clean clear water. My toddler spent many hours a day playing by the shoreline. As well there is a children's swing on the side of the cottage that my daughter enjoyed. It was a nice surprise for the kids.
Owners are very nice and considerate. They provided many items that are not usually provided with a rental, but one of the nicest and most convenient was the firewood for the fire pit. As well as Bocci ball, board games, water toys for the kids, canoes, kayaks, etc.
The neighbors are friendly, but will not impede on your privacy. Definitely a place for young families, or people looking to unwind and enjoy the sun, sand and water.
I honestly could not find one negative with this cottage and I will surely be booking again for the summer of 2020.

| My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. The owners were very accommodating, and answered any questions or concerns I had. When we arrived at the cottage we were so impressed at how clean it was, the rooms are good sized and absolutely loved the open concept layout. This is perfect for families with children, they had indoor and outdoor toys ready for the kids to play with. Even had satellite TV so we didn't miss the Raptors game! Outside is well maintained as well! Definitely recommend this cottage for anyone who is looking to enjoy a nice relaxing weekend away from the city!
