NOTES A deposit and a copy of valid ID (aged 30+) is required to secure your reservation. Once you have returned your contract, you will be able to pay the security deposit, as well as pay the remaining balance in full. At the end of your stay, the property and surrounding premises are expected to remain in its original condition. Failure to comply to terms and conditions, or incurred damages can result in a deduction or entire forfeit of the security deposit, pending property assessment. Card payments are subject to additional processing fees. - Reservation Deposit A partial payment of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation, otherwise the dates are available. This non-refundable payment will be credited towards the total rental fee. - Security Deposit & Balance The remaining balance of the rental fee, in addition to a Security Deposit of $700.00 is due no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The security deposit is refundable within 72 hours of check-out, provided there has been no damage or misuse of the property. Failure to make these payments on time may result in cancellation of the reservation. - Occupancy The prorated prices are based on up to 10 persons. An additional $40 per person, per night will incur to a maximum of 14. Any increase in the number of occupants without prior approval from the Owner will be considered a violation of this agreement and will result in termination of the rental period without refund or security deposit. - Pet Policy Pets or wildlife are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by the owner prior to arrival. Dogs are an additional $60.00 per dog, per night to a max of 2. Failure to advise can result in immediate termination of the reservation and/or forfeit security deposit. | I booked the Hilltop Retreat in lieu of Christmas gifts for my children and grandchildren. We all had a great time. Everything was clean, lots of towels and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. We all loved the pool and there was a lot of room in the huge house for different activities. The owner was very responsive. We will be booking this rental again!!!

| We had a lovely stay over the Christmas holiday with family visiting from England. This is our second stay at Hilltop Retreat. The home was clean and had everything we needed. They had even put up a Christmas tree for us to enjoy. Since our last stay there have been some upgrades completed that were welcomed and enjoyed. Keep going! The pool was well maintained and the hot tub was brand new!! Everyone in our group of ten enjoyed the facilities including the workout area and billiard table! The hosts were very prompt with any inquiries we had and even came to check out the pool on Christmas Eve for us! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay! We look forward to our next visit.

| We had 13 people up for a birthday and had an incredible time! Lots of space for everyone, nice big kitchen for lots of cooking, the pool was obviously a hit, and nice scenery nearby for walks!

| Fantastic getaway. Rob and Nigel were very friendly and responsive to my emails. Showed us around the cottage and maintain the pool. This place has everything you need. Lots of pans and towels for us to use. It's also so spacious could hang out in different rooms for other activities. It was a great relaxing time. And I will definitely be booking again at this cottage.

| The Hilltop Retreat is an amazing place to have a mini staycation! My family and I stayed there 3 nights and we had an amazing time. Nigel was a wonderful host and was very quick on responding to our calls and messages prior to our stay. Once we got there, he gave us a quick tour of the house and let us know everything we needed to know to ensure our stay was going to be comfortable. The cottage is very clean and had everything we needed, from extra bedsheets to towels. The pool and hot tub was an extra plus point for our family and we all enjoyed our time there. The place was an excellent place for our staycation! We can't wait to be back!
