Please note: In July and August, this cottage RENTS BY THE WEEK ONLY - absolutely no exceptions. Spacious, lakefront, family cottage just north of Bayfield's marina on Lake Huron. Stairs to private natural sandy beach with 600-feet of frontage! Enjoy relaxing vacation lake views watching the sun sparkling on Lake Huron's famous crystal, clear waters and fabulous sunsets nightly. Shades of Blue offers a large great room with a dining table that seats 8 comfortably (large table and 8 chairs) and living room with two full size sofas and window seat looking out to the lake. Fabulous window seat runs full width of the living room. Full 4-piece bathroom (toilet, sink, shower and bath) and 2-piece powder room (sink and toilet). All bedroom windows face the lake! Deck with gas BBQ and seating for 8 around the fire pit, plus two picnic tables for outdoor dining for 8 people. WiFi, satellite internet / Firestick TV, and large screen smart TV when you get tired of lake gazing or if the weather turns unseasonable. Stairs lead down to natural beach with beach firepit. Full size washing machine and dryer - perfect for families.
Guests have told us this lakefront cottage has a special feel and energy. Walk through the door and you enter the great room filled with sunlight and a direct view of the lake and you'll know immediately that you just started your vacation.
Just minutes to Bayfield marina and shops and short drive to Huron Country Playhouse, Grand Bend Motorplex, Starlite Drive-In, Pinery Provincial Park, and Bluestone Wake Park.
Each guest booking receives a WELCOME PACKAGE to help you get your vacation started and just in case you left anything at home. It contains 4 toilet rolls, 1 roll of paper towel, dish soap, lysol, hand sanitizer, hand soap for each sink, dish towels, dish cloth, scrubbie, 2 garbage bags, and a baggie of 7 dishwasher tabs.
