Beautiful ocean view property with beach access only steps from the cottage. Located on the Amherst Shore in Northport, N.S with miles of sandbars at low tide and beautiful shoreline. 4 bedroom cottage with 3 full bathrooms, large kitchen, wrap-around decks, 2nd floor decks off each of the 2 upper level bedrooms with ocean views and loungers. Main level back deck has large screened in area (new for 2024). Very private treed acre yard for you to relax and enjoy. Wonderful swimming at low and high tide. Perfect place to go for long beach walks at low tide or shoreline walks at high tide.

Beautiful pine interior throughout. Fully finished walk-out basement with 2 bedrooms. Full bathroom on each of the 3 levels. Children's play structure in the back yard and Ninja slackline on the side of the cottage for kids to enjoy.

Starlink Satellite Internet (WiFi) & Bell satellite TV included. Washer and dryer on main level available for use. Air conditioning, propane BBQ. Firepit in back yard with lots of firewood. 20 minute drive to Pugwash and 25 minutes to Amherst with convenience store 5 minutes away. 30 minutes to beautiful Northumberland Links Golf Course. The perfect escape to relax and unwind!

Note: The area is very quiet and peaceful and along some of the warmest waters in Nova Scotia. Miles of sandbars at low tide for walks and for children to play on. There is a convenience store just 3-4 minutes from the cottage with the essentials and a liquor store (NSLC). 2 excellent golf courses only 30 minutes drive from the cottage (Amherst Golf Club and Northumberland Links near Pugwash)

Cassie

My family and I had an amazing time. We have 4 kids under 6yrs old, the place had everything we needed, crib, high chairs, baby gates, playground, toys in and out for all ages. The cottage was immaculate inside and out when we arrived, the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. You can see the ocean from every window and is only a 2 min walk away. When the tide was out there were miles of sandy shore to walk along.
