Enjoy a beautiful private four seasons waterfront cottage on the French River. The perfect way to spend a vacation with your family. The cottage is located down a private driveway on almost 2 acres of land with a breathtaking view from the deck overlooking the French River. Total 4 bedrooms sleep 8 people. Nicely prearranged, with the comforts of home (bed linens, pots and pans, dishes, broom and vacuum supplied, washer, dryer, heat/ AC, deck, dock, BBQ and more). Large dining area and living room with a 50-inch television and Netflix. Also included for your use are a pool, Air hockey and X-box 360 with games for adults and children. Wi-Fi is also provided. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, pots, pans, kettle, microwave, dishes, water cooler and dishes.
Please note the cottage has two bathrooms, but only one shower.
The shoreline at this cottage has a sandy beach. The water is clear. From the backyard between the sandy beach and large gazebo, there is a ramp for launching your boat.
If you are looking to have a great time with family or friends, this is the perfect spot for any season! During the summer days, you can enjoy swimming in the lake, fishing, kayaking, boating, jet skiing, water sports activities, and more! In the evenings you can sit by the fire, star gaze and roast marshmallows. During the colder winter season, you can go ice fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, skiing, and snowboarding. This beautiful cottage is just seconds from the ATV and snowmobiling trails!
The closest grocery store and LCBO are only a 4-minute drive from the cottage. If you are willing to drive 10 min, there are more stores like Foodland, Beer Store, Dollar Store and more. Across the cottage, there is a restaurant.

| Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your cottage!! We left with lots of wonderful memories!!
It was super clean, with lots of space for our two families! The gazebo with two picnic tables was perfect to eat our meals outdoors and helped keep the cottage alittle cleaner beings we were 12 ppl.
The hot tub was an excellent bonus!
The little kids enjoyed the sandy beach.
We hope to come again!

| We were two families staying at this beautiful spacious cottage. Good size kitchen and nice long kitchen table to fit all 8 of us. Lots of sleeping space. Cottage is very clean and has lots to do. Nice Jacuzzi tub and campfires in the evenings. Nice sandy area for kids to play and swim. We used the paddle boat and two kayaks. Very spacious wooded gazebo with barbecue and two picnic tables. Pool table and air hockey, very fun.
There is a washing machine and dryer, but we did not need to use. There is a toaster, microwave and coffee machine. Dock was great, fit two 18' boats. The fishing was amazing and being on French River was so beautiful, it has the most amazing sunsets. Owner was very pleasant to deal with, answered all my questions promptly. I would definitely recommend booking this cottage.

| Thank you so much for sharing your cottage with us. We are a family of six adults and four children ages 4-11 and stayed Aug 17th for a week. We had so much fun! The cottage is clean, had ample beds and bedding. There was plenty of seating, the kitchen was well equiped the only thing it could have used was a toaster and a blender for smoothies. We were able to bring our seadoos and a boat but the water was very shallow at the dock. The owner answered our many many questions and she even mailed back my bag of laundry that we forgot! We would definitely recommend renting this cottage and would not hesitate to return should we do another family holiday.

| Let me start by saying that we didn't end up staying here. I am leaving a review about the responsiveness and integrity of the owners. To start, we had a million questions. I emailed/called - nothing but amazing. We had a family member buy a cottage to which we are going this summer instead. When I emailed to cancel (within our contract) she was very diligent in getting back to me and issued a refund the same day. Not only that, she wished us well and shared in our excitement!! This would definitely be our booking of choice based on the owners should we wish to stay in this area in the future.
