Friendly Acres Cottage

Our family owned property features a 1800 square feet house located on the Trent-Severn Waterway. This four bedroom two bath home with a seperate guest house sleeps up to 14 and has a great living area with vaulted ceilings overlooking the Trent River. A private dock makes for great evening views of the sunset and a wonderful place for the fireworks show on the holidays. The main house has 4 Bedrooms, each bedroom has one queen size bed. The guest house has two queen beds and a double Futton.

The main living room is large and has 2 large sofas that can also be used for sleeping. This property offers 130 feet of lake frontage for your family and friends to enjoy. The water is gradual from the shore and the lake is well known for its excellent fishing, boating and swimming.
The property is 2 acres of level lot and very private. (Plenty of grass for playing sports like; Frisbee, Soccer, Volleyball, Football, Badminton, etc)

Included in the rental is a four-person paddleboat, four-person canoe and 3 single kayaks. Along with an assortment of adult and children size life jackets.

There is a large fire pit to keep warm on those cooler evenings.

The public boat dock/launch is just minutes away and easily accessible.

There is parking for 10 cars on a private paved driveway. Parking is not permitted on the grass.
