This small cute renovated 4 bedroom bungalow is less then 100 ft to the waters edge, With small lake views of beautiful Lake Huron from your front door & large front deck. Discover this quiet serene area of 'Lake Valley Grove'. There are 3 water accesses, all less then a 1-6 mins walks away, 1 across the street. Your less then a 20 minute drive to some of Ontario's best beaches.. (Ipperwash, Port Franks & Grand Bend- GB 30mins). The boat launch is under 10 minutes away, Allowing you to pull up out front of the beach right across the road from cottage for the day. It's Fully equipped with Air Conditioning, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, bed linens are provided, fire pit, chairs, BBQ, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board & 2 adult bikes for your enjoyment. 35 minute drive to Sarnia/Port Huron, Michigan , 45 mins from London,ON, 10 mins away is a grocery store, bank, liquor store, parks and Hiking Trails. HIGH Season is May 15th-Oct 1st Preferred SAT-SAT or Minimum 6 nights. | Just got home,my family celebrated THANKSGIVING there and some returned to spend a few days.Spacious open area 3 good sized bedrooms.We had a good time.Shana is helpful and cooperative.Important services are nearby.It was a pleasant,and rewarding experience.

| We had a beautiful girls weekend, with 8 friends!
Amazing weather, enough room for all of us and all of our stuff we brought!
Enough seating, inside and out for everyone to be comfortable!
Both the front yard and the back yard were very enjoyable! With the help of the quiet quaint neighbourhood!
It had everything we needed, beach was not far, especially if the weather was warmer we could have used the paddle boards or kayaks with no problem!
Couldn't have asked for better sunsets to look at as well!! Everything was perfect for a "local" close to home getaway! We will definitely be back!

| Stayed on the May long weekend and again, in Aug. The cottage and location suited our family very well, and was just as the listing outlined. The owner was very easy to communicate with and ensured all was taken care of during our stay. Couldn't have had a better booking and we'll certainly look forward to returning.

| We stayed here for 1 week in August.The cottage is as Shana describes.She is very easy to work with.There was 4 adults and 3 children and plenty of room for us all..The cottage has every thing you can think of.It is close to the USA and we went shopping for the day.I highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday..
