3 bedroom 2 bathroom four season waterfront home located on Cameron Lake with stunning clean water and sunrise views. Great for swimming, fishing and boating. Conveniently located only 1.5 hrs from the GTA & directly off of HWY 35. The quaint town of Fenelon Falls can be easily accessed from the cottage by boat or a short 5 minute drive. Additional amenities are only 15 minutes away in the town on Lindsay. Within close proximity and access to the Kawartha Rail Trail for hiking, biking, ATV & snowmobile riding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Golf Course and Marina are only a few minutes drive away. For boating & canoeing/ kayaking enthusiast, Cameron Lake is directly connected to the Burnt River & is part of the greater Trent Canal system. Balsam Lake Provincial Park is less than 30 minutes away via car & can also be reached via boat. Great winter stopover for snowmobile and ice fishing enthusiasts.
Amenities: Upper main floor consists of two spacious bedrooms, one washroom, living room, kitchen and laundry. Lower level walkout basement includes one bedroom, one washroom & living room. Comfortably sleeps 6-8 people (1 Queen Bed in each of the upper level bedrooms & 2 Double Beds in the lower level bedroom). A flat screen TV is provided in the lower level living area with Netflix & unlimited wireless internet. Kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, pots, pans & Keurig coffee machine. Basic bed linens & towels are supplied. Residence includes central air conditioning and is fully winterized with a furnace and wood stove. Housekeeping services are not available.
Respectfully, we prefer families or individuals who are seeking a relaxing and serene getaway. Large parties, and events are prohibited. The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly area with neighboring year round residential properties. Principal occupant at the time of check in must be at least 21 years of age.

| We stayed here for 3 nights with family from Scotland and had a wonderful time. Our out of country family loved the beautiful lake and all the fishing. Our kids loved being able to use all the water toys they had available from kayaks to the canoe.
Our group ranged in age from 5 to 75 and everyone had a great time. There was something for everyone to do. Sitting around the fire having a drink with the lake behind us was a wonderful end to the summer.
The cottage was very clean and well stocked. Everything was as advertised. I'm already planning our next stay here.

| Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at the Cameron Lake Waterfront Cottage. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen. Everyone enjoyed the water toys and corn hole game - many competitions going on.
Cottage was large enough the kids had their own space in the basement and a plus was the 2nd fridge.
Paul was terrific to work with - always replied to inquiries quickly.

| This cottage is absolutely amazing! My family of 6 enjoyed every minute of it. There are tvs in every bedroom and one in the living room both up and downstairs. The private doc was such a bonus. We were right on the water. There are 2 kayaks and one large canoe, life jackets and some floaties too. Air conditioning, grill, anything you can think of. Words can't describe how grateful we are to the owners for the Incredible stay and memories made with my family. Nearby town of fenelon falls was a hit too. This is NOT a robot review either!

| wonderful time!!! stayed here a week with two other families and couldn't be any happier. the place is clean and well kept and was comfortable with the kids playing on the floor of the cottage. great swimming off the dock and the grassy area was great to relax and watch the kids play. cameron lake is a beautiful to swim , boat and fish. i highly recommend this place and the owners were wonderful and very accommodating. hopefully we can make it back to this place.
